Paula was educated in Tampa, FL at Robinson High School and graduated from Brewster Technical College in 1984 to take care of her entire family, her home was always open to everyone. She was em- ployed by New York Life for many years. Paula was a dedi- cated Christian for over 25 years, always served on the usher board and choir between Northside MB Church, Evening Star Tabernacle MBC, and re- cent years Friendly MBC.
To know Paula, you knew her Love for God and her family. She will be remembered as a woman of integrity, honesty, and pure love. Her generosity knew no bounds. She loved her family and her spiritual family. She al- ways looked forward to get-to- gethers, dancing and activities with her grandchildren.
Paula leaves fond and pre- cious memories to be cherished by: husband, Charles Watts, Sr.; five sons, Joshua Castillo (Tymyka Castillo), Jaimeson Watts, Sr., (Nicole Slater), Mal- com Watts, Charles Watts, Regi- nald Johnson (Gina Johnson); one daughter, Alicia West (Regi- nald West), all of Tampa FL.; granddaughters, Oneshia Vick- ers, Jaz’lynn Castillo, Tiyliyah Jackson, Renicia Gay, Renejah Gay, Tiyrah Montgomery, Jamiyah Ford, Chaiyna Watts, Amiyah Callaway, Chelsea and Tzporia McCallister; grandsons, Tevin Castillo, Deville Sexil, Tiyler Montgomery, Jaimeson Watts, II, and Jackson Watts; siblings, Amos L. Homegoing services for Mr. Jean Lafontant Michel, who passed away on March 3, 2022, will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 9:30 a. m., at The Center For Manifestation, 3102 East Lake Ave., Tampa, Florida 33610, with Pastor Gaspard Maxon and Pastor Steevenson Demarais delivering Words of Comfort to the family and friends in attendance. The Bur- ial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
A list of family members, survivors and friends of Jean L. Michel will appear in the Fu- neral Obituary.
Friends are asked to greet and console the family at 9 a. m. at the The Center For Mani- festation on Saturday.

MR. EDDIE MULDREW AKA ‘BLUE’
Mr. Eddie Muldrew, of Carver City, West Tampa, left this world early Thursday morn- ing February 17, 2022. He was at the ripe old age of 73. Most peo- ple that knew him called him “Blue.”
Eddie was born November 12, 1929. He attended Hillsbor- ough County schools and gradu- ated from Blake High School, class of 1967. He also served in the U. S. Army for two years and left with an honorable dis- charge.
Anybody that knew “Blue,” knew that he loved to cook and if he was not cooking, he loved fishing, but never caught any- thing. He was a very good father to his boys and loved them very much.
He was preceded in death by: his father, John Muldrew, and mother, Lucille Muldrew; son Keith Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memory: the love of his life Sh- eryl M. Nolen; three sons, Mau- rice Nolan (Krystal), Taurean Muldrew (Ronisha), and his baby, Oryn Muldrew; one god- son, Jason Russell; a host of grandchildren and great grand- children other family members and friends.
A visitation for Mr. Eddie “Blue” Muldrew will be held Sat- urday, March 12, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL, 33610.

MR. MICHAEL ANTHONY RAMSEY
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Michael Anthony Ramsey will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33605, with Rev. Dr. Bessie L. Morehead, pastor of Hood Temple AME Zion Church, Tampa, Eulogist.
Michael Anthony Ramsey was born December 26, 1958, and transitioned on February 21st 2022.
Mr. Ramsey was a lifelong res- ident of Tampa, Florida, and was educated in Hillsborough County Public School.
Mr. Ramsey was a sous chef at many various restaurants throughout Tampa, FL. A lover of R&B and funk music, construc- tion worker and local handyman, he was a loving person a friend and the biggest Earth Wind & Fire fan.
He preceded in death by: fa- ther, Phillip E. Ramsey and mother, Clydell Jones Ramsey; grandparents, Oliver and Guss- cilla Jones; siblings, Veronica, Phillip, Jr., Pamlea and Patricia Ramsey, Gwendolyn Gail Russell and Nora McFadden; uncles, Arthur (“AJ”), Elray, James E., Arthur T. and Oliver Jones; aunts, Gloria Jones and Melody Wallace- Jones; nieces, Evelyn Williams and Cornecia Q. Smikle.
He was survived by: two lov- ing sons, Michael A. Jr., Phillip Oliver, and wife, Uriah Ramsey; grandsons, Anthony, Carmello and Phillip Ramsey; 4 sisters, Darlene and Twanda Ramsey, Veronica and Sharon Randall; 1 Special Bro./Friend, Benjamin Driggers; 1 aunt, Theresa Allen; 5 nieces, Felicia L. Ramsey, Aniquia “Lady Soul” Robinson, Carthenia “Tasha” Turk, Breanna Russell and Kizzy McFadden; 14 nephews, Aston, Shon and Done- sian Smikle, Leniear, Lavron “Tony” and Eric Robinson, Roger “City Boi” McFadden, Frank and Demetrius “Munchie” Rose, Eddie, Arterio and Lobie Russell, Curtis and Titus Williams; also a host of many loving great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.

Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Senior Pastor with Rev. Johnnie Miller, Pastor of Friendly M.B. Church, officiat- ing, eulogist. Interment will fol- low on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 11, 2022, 6-8 p.m. at Friendly M.B. Church, 2012 N. Tampania Av- enue, (corner of Tampania and Walnut) Tampa, Florida, 33607.
In Loving Memory of our Dear Paula D. Watts, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, and sister. She was also a mother to many who knew her. After being diagnosed in April 2021 to battle with cancer, she entered eternal rest to be with her heavenly Father on March 01, 2022, leaving us her pre- cious memories.
She was born September 29, 1960, in Tampa, FL to her loving parents Amos L. Castillo, Sr., (Gloria Castillo) and Alice L. Rackard (Eddie Rackard). Paula was the second eldest of many siblings.
