Drake Celebrates His 30th B-Day With Family And Friends
DJ Khaled and his fianceé Nicole Tuck welcome the birth of his first son early Sun- day morning (October 23).
Of course, DJ Khaled stayed true to his word and Snapchatted his son’s birth, while playing his music in the background to calm his nerves as he waited.
The Snap’s got a little graphic at times, as his fianceé went into labor.
DJ KHALED
After releasing four new songs and responding to two beefs, Drake celebrated his 30th birthday on Sunday night (October 23) surrounded by pop superstars, his parents and one legendary battle rapper.
Twitter has been abuzz with pictures of the hottest celebri- ties in attendance at Drizzy’s milestone celebration. Though Rihanna wasn’t spotted at the party, some of pop music’s other big names turned up to turn up, including Katy Perry and Taylor Swift (looking very un-Taylorlike, with some money stuffed down her tube

Tyler Perry brings along Cassi Davis, who has been in just about every Tyler Perry production. He also brings along Patrice Lovely, who plays the funny Hattie Mae Love on Love Thy Neighbor. With a group like this, Perry knew he would get nothing but good laughs, and he was right.

Suge Knight is reportedly suing Dr. Dre for allegedly hir- ing a hitman to kill him over his Beats By Dre deal with Apple.
Suge is claiming he and Dre had a lifetime management deal, entitling Knight to 30 percent of Dre’s entertainment earnings, which included his partnership deal with Apple and the Beats By Dre brand, TMZ reports. The deal made Dr. Dre Hip Hop’s first billion- aire and was partly responsible for Forbes naming him the top Cash King after the publication celebrated a decade of curating the top-earners in the rap game. The suit names Dre, Apple, Universal and Tam’s Burgers as defendants for unspecified damages, including his 30 per- cent cut from Apple buying Beats for $3.2 billion in 2014.
According to the lawsuit, Dre wanted out of the terms of his contract with the Death Row mogul and allegedly hired a hit- man to murder Knight. Suge suffered wounds to the ab- domen after being shot seven times at Hollywood nightclub 1 OAK during VMA weekend in 2014.
A lawyer for Dr. Dre tells TMZ that Suge is the one in the wrong as the two haven’t asso- ciated with each other since 1996.
Donald Glover Joins Star Wars As Young Lando Calrissian
The Atlanta star is officially in for 2018’s Han Solo origin story in which Billy Dee Williams’ played in the original.
The Star Wars search for a young Lando Calrissian is over: on last Friday, Lucasfilm announced that Donald Glover—the versatile actor, writer, and Grammy-nomi- nated rapper currently starring on Atlanta, the FX series he created—will take over the beloved character originally portrayed by Billy Dee Williams.
Williams and original tril- ogy star Harrison Ford had quite the chemistry, and the
still-untitled Han Solo spinoff will prove whether Ford’s suc- cessor, Alden Ehrenreich, and Glover can summon the same sparks.
While most details of the film are being kept under wraps, we do know that the project will depict a period in Lando and Han’s lives that has not previously been explored.
In a statement on last Fri- day, Phil Lord and Christo- pher Miller, the directors of the spinoff, shared their excite- ment over the casting news.
