Man Charged In Death Of His Cousin
JAMES BARNES, II .....charged in his cousin’s death.

Tampa Fire Rescue was called and transported Hicks to a local hospital with life threatening in- juries. He was pronounced dead Sunday.
Barnes has been charged with felony bat- tery in the incident.

Mr. Mark Anthony De Windt went to be with his God on October 07, 2015.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Alvin Anthony De Windt, Sr.; and brother, Bryant Dai’Mon Murray.
He is survived by: his mother, Isabelita Rivera; sisters, Ann Murray, Murlin Murray, Lydia Shuler, Secreen Murray (Ken), Evonne Murray- Mitchell (Mark), and Brenda Lee De Windt (Alton); brothers, George Murray, Jr. (Charlene), Mitchum Murray and Nevaler Davis, Brothland Murray, Cleve Murray, and Alvin “Chico” Anthony De Windt, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends, for whom was all special in their own way.

Jamie Velita Hayes Fred- erick was born on October 10, 1963 in Philadelphia, PA, to the union of the late James E. Hayes and the late Lillie Thelma McCalop.
Jamie attended school through the Philadelphia School System and was at- tending Everest University until her demise. Mrs. Frederick was an Ophthal- mology Technician.
Her remains will be viewed on Wednesday, Oc- tober 21, 2015 from 5-8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa.
Friends are asked to as- semble at the church on Thursday at approximately 2:45 p. m. for the service.

Body Found In Freezer Believed To Be Missing Girl
JANIYA THOMAS .....authorities believe her body has been found in- side a freezer.
Bradenton Police believe they have found the body of a missing 11-year-old girl in a freezer.
Late Sunday, police re- ported that a body had been found inside a freezer in the garage of a grandmother of Janiya Thomas. Officials said the body is likely Janiya’s and she hasn’t been seen in months.
KEISHANNA THOMAS .....mother being held by police after refusing to say where Janiya is.
The body was found by Janiya’s aunt and grand- mother and they told police Janiya’s mother and an unidentified man dropped off the freezer Wednesday.
Janiya’s mother, Keis- hanna Thomas, 31, was ar- rested Friday after police said she refused to answer ques- tions about her daughter’s whereabouts.
