MS. ANNIE LAURE FENNELL
Ms. Annie Laure Fennell, age 72, of Tampa, Florida en- tered into eternal rest on Mon- day, November 14, 2016. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2016, 11 a. m. at Oakhill Missionary Baptist Church, 4202 E. Pail- fox, with Pastor Victor Ball of- ficiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, 33610.
Ms. Annie Laure Fennell was born on June 14, 1944 in Meigs, GA to the late James and Pearl Patterson. Annie at- tended Douglasville High School in Georgia. She later relocated to Tampa, where she joined Oakhill Missionary Baptist Church. She worked as a cigar maker for Villazon Cigar Factory for 23 years. Annie retired in 2000.
She enjoyed fishing and going to the flea markets but, most of all spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving person with a beautiful, kind heart which will be truly missed.
Annie is preceded in death by: husband, John T. Fennell, Sr.; son, John T. Fennell, Jr.; mother, Pearl Patterson; fa- ther, James Patterson; broth- ers J. W. and William Thomas; niece, Tianna Bryant; nephew, Demekio Williams; and a dear friend, Acheleese Stewart.
Annie is survived by: two daughters, Loretha Fennell and Ozetha Fennell-Williams and husband, Bill Williams Tampa; sisters, Doris Black and husband, Bobby of Tampa, Mattie Tisdell of Tampa; brothers, Willie Brown and wife, Helena Brown of Tampa, Melvin Brown and wife, Janice Brown of Georgia; granddaughter, Jonisha Fennell; grandson, Jiren Fennell; nieces, Gina Black, Deanna Black, Evenglina Black and Tanya Black; nephews, Christopher Black and Bobby Black; a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews; godson, De- monjea Williams; goddaugh- ters, Mary Bragg, Twila Smith, Glo Burnett and Kachia Moore; long- time friends, Marjorie Dixon and Hattie Williams.
Visitation for Ms. Annie Laure Fennell will be held this Friday evening, November 25, 2016 from 5 p. m. until 8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street Tampa, FL 33610.

MR. WALTER B. JUDGE
Mr. Walter B. Judge, age 74, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, Novem- ber26,at2p.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, with Minister Brenda Dennis, officiating.
Mr. Judge was a native of Tampa. He was educated by the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and had a career of 40 years with the Interna- tional Longshoremen work- ing between locals 1402 and 1759.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Marria Ricks Judge McKinney and William D. Judge, Sr.; along with his stepfather, Leroy McKinney; brothers, William Judge, Jr., Joseph Judge, Sr., Eugene McKinney; and sister, Beverly Davis-Grayson.
He is survived by: his brother, Theodise McKinney (Leanna); sisters, Evelyn Judge Stanley, Lillie Judge Nichols, Constance McKinney Dutcheville, Carolyn McKin- ney, Olivia Judge, Shirley Judge-Blount, Joyce Judge and Marjorie Judge; sisters-in- law, Mae Alice Judge and Agnes Judge; he also leaves to cherish: his fiancée, Barbara Nedd; stepchildren, Theo Nedd, Jasimine Nedd, Sierra Nedd, Rodrick Grant, Princess Walker (Marvin), Vickie Thompkins, Anthony Thomp- kins and Dorian Judge; his long time best friend, Claude McDuffin; and a host of grand- children, nieces, nephews, cousins, other sorrowing rela- tives and friends.

Mrs. McCall was a native of Ft. Myers, Florida and a resi- dent of Tampa for over 40 years. She was educated by the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and was a mem- ber of New Testament Worship Center, Tampa.

MR. WILLIS LEE WADDELL
Mr. Willis Lee Waddell, aka “Jimmy” of Valrico, Florida passed away, Wednesday, No- vember 16, 2016. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Tuesday, November 29, at 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Progress Vil- lage, 8722 Progress Boulevard, with Dr. Sam Maxwell, Senior Teaching Pastor, officiating. In- terment will follow in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Mr. Willis Lee Waddell, aka “Jimmy,” was born February 18, 1932 in Wilmington, North Car- olina. He joined the Army at a young age and served his coun- try for 30 years. Mr. Waddell was stationed at Fort Mon- mouth Army Base in Eatontown, New Jersey, where he met and married Janet Isabelle Scott of Red Bank, NJ. They were mar- ried 57 years. Willis retired from the Army and worked with The US Postal Service, retiring after 19 years of service.
Willis was an active member of The First Baptist Church of Progress Village where he shared his culinary gifts serving with the Food Service Ministry. He also attended Sunday Morn- ing Bible Study. He was active in The Brotherhood Club at MacDill AFB for over 20 years and was also an active 33rd De- gree Mason.
Willis loved his church, fish- ing and most importantly he loved his family and spending time with them. He will surely be missed by all.
Willis leaves loving memories with: his devoted wife, Janet; daughters, Cathy (Steven) Foun- tain, Sherry Howard, Terry Dudley and Angie Hayes; his only son, Bryan Willis Waddell; 11 grandchildren, great grand- children, nieces, nephews; and a host of other sorrowing rela- tives and friends.
The remains will repose from 10 a. m. to 11 a. m. Tuesday, No- vember 29, prior to the service at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Boulevard. Arrangements en- trusted to RAY WILLIAMS FU- NERAL HOME, Rhodes & Northern, Owners.
MS. ANNIE ELIZABETH FALEY
Home going celebration for Ms. Annie Elizabeth Faley, whom on November 17, 2016 God called home to rest, will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, (33605) with Rev. W. D. Sims, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Fannie Mond Faley; father, Gable Faley; and sister, Audrey Mond.
Ms. Faley leaves to cherish precious memories of her with: her brothers, Archie Mond and wife, Fannie of Perry, GA, Mor- ris Mond and fiancée, Tawanda Mathis of Tampa, Willie Faley and wife, Cora Faley of Fort Lauderdale, FL; sisters, Mary Francis Goodman of Perry, GA and Betty Kendrick of Perry, GA; cousins, Betty Biglow, Doris Mond of St. Petersburg, FL, Helen Dixon and Ida Green of Butler, GA, Patty Joe Mond of Atlanta, GA; special friend, Helen Rouse; and other sor- rowing relatives and friends.
Ms. Annie Elizabeth Faley, daughter of the late Mrs. Fan- nie Mond Faley and Mr. Gable Faley was born in Tampa, Florida September 4, 1954. She attended public schools in the Hillsborough County area. Elizabeth loved shopping, dancing, cooking and making people smile until her illness rendered her unable to do so. Annie Elizabeth gained em- ployment with many restau- rants in the Tampa area. Her last job was caregiver at an as- sisted living home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
There will be a viewing on Friday, November 26, 2016 from5–8p.m.atWilsonFu- neral Home. Friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home on Saturday at approxi- mately 11:45 a. m. for the serv- ice.
