A peaceful, soft-spoken person who enjoyed all that life had to offer. His charis- matic personality, handsome- looks, willingness to always help others and million-dollar smile brought him the love of many from Tampa to Dallas and beyond. Russell lived his life in accords with the song by Frank Sinatra, “My Way”.
A graduate of Howard W. Wilson, Sr., of Cedar Crest Funeral Home.
Russell used his gifts, busi- ness acumen and all that he had acquired as a young man in Tampa, working at his fa- ther's Chester White's Phillips 66 Service Station on Main Street to propel himself in the insurance industry, becoming a “Million Dollar” seller.
