Thicke’s Divorce Is Finalized
It’s been a rough year or so for Robin Thicke.
After scoring the biggest song of 2013 with “Blurred Lines,” his wife of almost a decade, actress Paula Pat- ton, filed for divorce (among alleged cheating rumors). He then went on a “get her back” campaign, creepily naming his next album after her, each song a plea to take him back. The album had poor sales.
Along with that, he faced a copyright infringement law- suit, which he lost. It was ruled by a jury he and Pharrell had to pay up millions of dollars from his biggest song “Blurred Lines” to the family of Marvin

Gaye.
Now according to various
reports, the divorce was offi- cially granted to Patton on Tuesday (March 17) and takes effect on April 14. The couple had been together since they were teenagers, and married since 2007. They share 4-year- old son, Julian.
It’s that time of year when the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) throws its an- nual “An Evening of Stars” gala, the event that supports people of color in higher edu- cation, especially at Histori- cally Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
The festivities will take place in Atlanta, Georgia at the Atlanta Civic Center on April 12, 2015 and air nation- ally on BET, Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 10p/9c. K. Michelle, Jussie Smollett, Yolanda Adams and Estelle are slated to perform. (Estelle and Smollett will perform the special duet version of her single “Conqueror,” as seen on the hit FOX series Em- pire).
“As it always has, UNCF is answering the call to make a difference in the lives of mi- nority youth and the commu- nity at large. In the spirit of

Queen B Partners With Giuseppe To Do Shoe
Rihanna knew exactly what she was doing when she signed on to be Dior’s first black Spokesmodel.
As previously reported, the Bajan beauty has been tapped by the high-end brand to star in the fourth installment of their “Secret Garden” cam- paign, shot by Steven Klein in Versailles, Paris.
“It feels fantastic,” Ri- hanna told MTV News, while promoting her animated film Home. “It is such a big deal for me, for my culture, for a lot of young girls of any color.”
She adds, “I think to be ac- knowledged by Dior means a
lot, as a woman, to feel beauti- ful - to feel elegant and time- less.”
It’s always great when peo- ple take advantage of their po- sitions for the better!
Speaking of timeless, RiRi also told MTV that her upcom- ing highly-anticipated eight studio album will be just that.
“I’ve made a lot of songs that are really, really big songs,” she said. “And I wanted to kind of get back to— not that they weren’t real music, but I just wanted to focus on things that felt real, that felt soulful, that felt for- ever.”
If you want to rock Bey- oncé’s new shoe line, well, you better start stacking your paper, because it’s going to cost you.
World famous designer Giuseppe Zanotti has con- firmed an upcoming shoe line in partnership with the music superstar, which is scheduled for release in the coming weeks.
The shoe's final design is not yet available, but athey’re “ultra thick platform stilettos.”

Keyshia Cole Focusing On Music And Self Right Now
Karrueche Tran and Iyanla Vanzant during interview.
Approximately two weeks ago, after news broke that Chris Brown fathered a daughter with someone other than his longtime off again on again girlfriend Karrueche Tran, the OWN Network’s Iyanla Vanzant wasted no time swooping in to get an ex- clusive interview.
In the upcoming sit down, Tran will reveal her thoughts and feelings since the news hit the fan, but things got testy when Tran kicked the famous healer and her crew out after maybe pushing too far for her liking.
According to TMZ, Iyanla asked if Tran slept with Chris Brown when they first met. Iyanla also drove the point home that Tran constantly took Brown back time after time despite his repeated cheat- ing. Tran’s manager asked Vanzant and her crew to leave, but they eventually fin- ished the interview after a few hours. The interview will air Saturday, March 28th on OWN.
Recently, Karrueche posted pics on her IG of her and BFF Christina Milian on the beach, to which Brown had something to say. “Thirst trap 101," Brown commented on the photo. "Continue to be a lady beautiful...U are perfect. Don't let the THOT form from anger," he added.
Singer and Reality TV star Keyshia Cole's outlook on life is shifting to personal growth and things that really matter after experiencing dis- appointment in both her per- sonal and professional life.
The R&B veteran parted ways with her longtime record label, Interscope, following her latest album, Point of No Re- turn, and she is also separated from husband, former NBA player Daniel Gibson, over claims of infidelity.
While many people would digress to depression, the newly independent Cole is using this moment to get in tune with herself.
"I’m excited about this journey, and who I’m becom- ing, and getting more involved in my craft," Cole said.
Cole previously tried to reconcile with her husband, but after airing his dirty laun- dry out on Instagram recently, it's clear that she's done with their relationship, and any

other relationship to that mat- ter.
"I decided to leave guys alone, I don’t wanna talk to the opposite sex for a minute...I just need a break," she adds. She adds, "I need to focus on my career, I need to focus on me, I need to focus on my kid, focus on my faith, and focus on my label."
Cole plans to release new music in the coming weeks, and she admits that she wants to get back to the early part of her career, where her music had a certain swagger. "I wanna be caught up in myself again, I wanna be focused, I wanna be that girl," she says.
