AIKENS
MR. BASILIO ARAZO, JR.
A Homegoing Service for Mr. Basilio “Jerry” Arazo, Jr., of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, will be held on Saturday, October 27th, 12 p. m., at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. Cynthia Ball, offici- ating.
Basilio was born December 21, 1952 in Tampa, Florida to the late Basilio Arazo, Sr. and Mer- cedez Valdez. He attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. He joined the United States Army and was honorably discharged after serving his coun- try. Basilio enjoyed fishing, art, writing, crafting and loved to dress to the ‘nines.’ He also en- joyed all types of music, especially “oldies but goodies.” He was a good provider and always put his family first, showing love to all he knew.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories: his loving and devoted wife, Dora E. Arazo; children, James Charles Hamilton-Williams, Jr. (Cynthia), Basilio Arazo, III (Lashawn), Angelisa Lynette Crawford and Chenita Arazo (Pa- tricia); 47 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond Arazo (Saith); sisters, Hilda Arazo (Juan) and Josephine Ida Sweep; fur baby, Bobo; and a host of cousins, great nieces and nephews, other rela- tives and friends who will dearly miss him.
The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel for the service on Saturday.

        MS. ALBERTA ‘BURT’ BROWN
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Alberta “Burt” Brown of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018, will be held Saturday, Oc- tober 27th, 2 p. m. at Aikens Fu- neral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., with a local minister officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Alberta “Burt” Brown was a native of Greenville, Mis- sissippi, and a resident of Tampa, Florida for 56 years. She attended schools in Greenville, Mississippi and moved to Tampa and began em- ployment as a security guard until retirement.
Preceding Burt in her death were: her parents, Bernice Smith and Joseph Brown; sis- ters, Rena Mae Smith and Dorothy Lee Smith; and brother, Joseph Brown.

MRS. GENEVA RIVERS JONES
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Geneva Rivers Jones of Tampa, who passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2018, will be held on Saturday, Octo- ber 27, 2018, 10 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Pastor Rodney Bandy, officiat- ing. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Geneva attended the schools of Clayton, Alabama. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family and loved the Alabama football team, “Roll Tide.”
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Lillie Rivers; father, John Hennery Rivers; sisters, Johnnie May Rivers and Doris Rivers; brother, Henry Mack River and hus- band, Amos Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: her children, Antonio L. Rivers and Tonya L. Rivers; grandchildren, De’Andre A. Williams, Do- minique A. MRS. FANNIE MAE WALKER BARKER ROBINSON
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Fannie Mae Walker Barker Robinson of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, will be held Saturday, October 27th, 11 a. m. at New Friendship M. B. Church, 3201 E. Lake Ave., Rev. Dr. H. L. Daniels, Senior Pastor, officiating. The in- terment will be in Garden of Memories.
On November 22, 1930 in Americus, Georgia, the only child of Lucille Timmons Walker and Jessie Walker was welcomed into the world. Fannie spent her younger years in Lesley, GA, en- joying her cousins, Eva Mae, Eltha Mae, Ruth Mae, Willie and Julia Mae (all deceased), a close knit of family and friends. In Les- ley, GA is where she obtained her early education. Fannie moved to Tampa in 1940 with her mother and became a member of St. John Progressive M. B. Church, under the leadership of Rev. F. G. Hilton. She moved on Lake Av- enue after marrying Roy Robin- son and became a member of New Friendship M. B. Church with Rev. H. L. Daniels and re- mained a member until she made her transition.
“A Time to Work”, Fannie worked for the State of Florida for 18 years and retired to be- come her very own boss by open- ing the Lake Avenue Nursery. This became her passion. She also become a real estate property owner in both Tampa and Jesup, GA.
