Drake's New Nike Sneakers
If you thought Drake was preparing to join the Adidas team, think again. On Sunday night, Drake hopped on In- stagram to show that he's still down with the Swoosh, un- veiling a special edition of his Nike Air Max Plus.
The all-black sneaker fea- tures an exposed shoe lace system that covers the major- ity of the shoe and includes light blue accent on the shank. While it's uncertain if the sneaker will be getting a full release in the future, it seems like this shoe is cur- rently only for the Toronto rapper's feet. "For stage use," Drake wrote in the caption.
Following the release of
Pusha-T's "The Story of Adidon" diss in May, it was believed that Drake would

be joining team three stripes to launch a new line named after his son. "The Adidas sit- uation is this. The child...al- legedly his new Adidas line is called Adidon, which is named after Adonis, his son," Pusha claimed. "But we couldn't know about your child until you started selling sweatsuits and sneakers?"
While it appears Drake is staying with team Nike for now, fans think the rapper also took a shot at Adidas on Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode." On the track, Drizzy raps, "Jesus Christ (yeah), checks over stripes (yeah)/That's what I like (yeah), that's what we like (yeah)."

Mike Will Made It And Slim Jxmmi Donate $100,000 To Students
Jada Pinkett Smith is back at doling out advice to all you lonely, sex-crazed or brokenhearted women... and this time her message is sim- ple: stop being so hard on yourself.
In an Instagram video posted on Sunday morning, Smith shared her message for anyone in an unhealthy relationship whose partner has been unfaithful.
“To my queens out there that have been cheated on by their men: It’s not your fault. Stop making it your fault,” she said in the video. “To my kings out there that have been cheated on by their women: Stop making it your fault. Yes, women cheat too.”
She went on to say that re-

lationships and sex are about “self-mastery,” and that cheating can happen no mat- ter what’s “going on in the re- lationship.”
“Make sure you’re with
someone that is interested in mastering themselves and everything that they come with,” the Girls Trip star said in the video, noting that re- lationships are “a spiritual endeavor.”
Pinkett Smith has never been shy when talking about her marriage and sex life with Will Smith, who re- cently revealed that they no longer call themselves “mar- ried” — instead, they refer to each other as “life partners.”
“There’s nothing she could do ― ever ― nothing would break our relationship,” Smith said of his wife on TIDAL Rap Radar podcast. “She has my support until death, and it feels so good to get to that space.”
MIKE WILL MADE IT AND SLIM JXMMI
Hip-hop has always had a soft spot for the youth, and Mike Will Made It and Slim Jxmmi are the latest to show love with some pretty hefty monetary dona- tions to high school grads.
Today (Aug. 21), Jxmmi announced his partnership with Mike Will's Making Wishes Matter Founda- tion and their pledge to help 10 students pay for their col- lege education. Each student will receive $10,000 to- wards college.
According to a press re- lease, LaNia Calhoun, Adia Ferrell, Cregory Nance, Ethan Voss and Kennedi Wilson were given their reward by the es- teemed music producer. Slim Jxmmi gave his por- tion to Nancy Castillo, Neal Dadlani, Morgan McManus, Woomy Michel and Sebastian Pease. The scholarship re- cipients are pursuing majors in everything from Horticul- ture to Information Techno- logy and plan to attend uni-
versities across the nation. More details can be found on Making Wishes Matter's official Instagram page.
"In addition, the founda- tion is dedicated to assisting less fortunate families and granting the wishes of indi- viduals within the commu- nity," an official press statement reads.
Shortly after the news broke of their generous do- nations, Slim Jxmmi tweeted out his desire to do even more. "I wish we could have sent 50 people to col- lege," he wrote.
Mike Will and Slim aren't the only ones to share their wealth to help studious teens this year. Last month, Nicki Minaj an- nounced 37 students would have their college expenses paid for in full through her Student of the Game pro- gram. Then, of course, there's Drake, who spent up- wards of $75,000 on Miami University students in his touching "God's Plan" video earlier this year.
