MR. TOMMY WILLIAMS
Celebration of Life Serv- ice for Mr. Tommy Williams of Tampa, Florida, who de- parted this life on Sunday, December 8th, 2019, will be held on Saturday, Decem- ber 21st, 11 a. m., at High- land M. B. Church, 3410 E. North Street, Tampa, FL 33610, with Pastor Julius L. Wynn, officiating.
Tommy Williams was born on July 19, 1968 in Tampa, FL. He attended public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and was a night school graduate of Robinson High School, where he played basketball and other sports. He was loved by his sisters, broth- ers, children and family members.
Tommy was preceded in death by: his parents, James Williams, Sr. and Maggie L. Hester Williams; sister, Regina L. Williams; and brothers, Curtis Williams and Anthony Burke.
Tommy leaves fond memories to cherish with: his loving children, Tome- sha, Octavis, Keyshawn; and grandchildren, Dwayne, Daequan, Korl, Yana, Tiyani, Dakota, Taleah and Raniya; sisters, Marie (Charles) and Janice Burke; brothers, Hosea (Mary) Hester, Thomasville, GA; James, Jr., Victor (Wanda), Tim (Carol), Reginald, Terry (Michelle), and Roger (Athea); aunt, Alice Hester, Melmabrooks; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
The viewing will be held on Friday, December 20th, from 5-7 p. m. at Gudes Fu- neral Home, 4050 E. Hills- borough Ave., Tampa 33610.
Family and friends are asked to arrive at the church on Saturday morning at 10:45 a. m.

MS. CHARLOTTE MICHELLE ALLEN
Ms. Charlotte Michelle Allen of Tampa passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, De- cember 21st at 11 a. m. at Vic- tory @ St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church, 5202 S. 86th Street, with Reverend Michael Price, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Charlotte Michelle Allen was a native and life- long resident of Tampa, Florida. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, grad- uating from Lavoy Excep- tional Center. She continued her education and therapy with Pyramid, Tampa. Charlotte was a faithful member of Victory AME Church of Progress Vil- lage.
She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Evelyn and Calvin Cohen; her parents, Joyce Ann Har- ris and Robert Allen.
She leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted stepfa- ther, Charles Knowles; five siblings, Carol “Denise” Gambrell, Melvin Canady, Andre Canady, (sister/care- giver) Annette McNamee (Garth), Allen D. Canady; great aunts, Francis Pasco and Lilian Tolbert (Rudolph); aunt, Sandra Williams (Gene); nephews, Carloluse Welch (Tasha), Ronald Killins (Marquita), Walter Clark, Luther Canady (Shalonda), Alex Canady (Shanterria), Allen Canady, Jr., and Andre Canady, Jr. (Seante); nieces, Yolanda Canady, Dorothy Killins, Shamekia Killins, Merita Canady, Crystal Canady and Yolanda Simp- son of Hampton, VA; cousins, Lenwood Rance, Michael Green, Maurice Stewart and Sabrina Moore; special friends, Dr. John Delgado, M.D., Bettie Alexander and Bonita Deni- val (nurse); last attending nurses, Mrs. Lucynda, Mrs. Linda, Mrs. Elizabeth and Ms. Joyce and an over- whelming host of sorrowing relatives, friends, caregivers and care agencies.

A Hillsborough County native, Chandra René Gant- Brown made Tampa, FL her home for forty years.
She leaves behind: a lov- ing mother, Deborah Brown; her father, Michael Brown; 3 children, Brionna Jones, Tyreashjha West and Dalmonta Givens; a grand- daughter, Sa’Riyah Alexan- der; 1 brother, Courtney James Brown (Lakecia); 3 sisters, Christian Gant (Richard), Corey Brown (Allen), and Chambrica Brown; a grandmother, Evelyn Gant; a grandfather, Ceasar Gant (Patricia); lov- ing aunts, Cathleen Gant, Cynthia Rolfe, Nechole Felvia Flowers (Ron), and Bianca Gant; uncles, Nathaniel Jerome Kelly (Anita), Ceasar Gant, Jr. (Annette), Reggie Gant, Kenny Gant (Treves), Eric Gant (Selena), Brandon Gant, and Anthony Gant; her great aunts, Johnnie Mae Johnson, Shirley Fason, Jeanette Rice, and Twanda Andrades; her great uncles, Adam McKen- zie and Curtis McKenzie; nieces and nephews, Lil’ Courtney Brown, Christian Brown, Zarrian, Bridget, Saniya, Sadira, Nicklas, Summer, Allen, Amari; a very special cousin, Tameka Gant-Clark; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.

Mrs. LaRhonda Michelle Hobley of Tampa, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, De- cember 21st, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Prentiss Davis, of- ficiating.
LaRhonda Hobley was a native of Paducah, Kentucky and was a resident of Tampa for many years. She gradu- ated from Stivers-Patterson High School in Dayton, Ohio and attended Hillsborough Community College.
She was preceded in death by: her spouse, Arthur Hobley, Jr.; parents, Lora Frances Lovejoy and Lowen Hughes; aunt, Betty Foreman; uncle, Ronnie Lee Davis; cousins, Sammy Bass and LaTasha Burge.

Mrs. Sarah Sue Marshall Peoples was born on July 3, 1957 in Quincy, Florida to the parentage of Willie Car- roll, Sr. and Betty Sue Jenk- ins Carroll. She was educated in Hillsborough County Public Schools and was a graduate of Brandon High School, Class of 1975.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Willie Carroll, Sr., Betty Sue Jenkins Carroll and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
