MRS. ELRETHA WILLIS
Mrs. Elretha Willis of Springhill, Florida passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018. Funeral services will be con- ducted Friday, April 13 at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Reverend Jerry L. Pope, Sr., officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Elretha Willis was a native of Blytheville, Arkansas and a resi- dent of the Tampa Bay Area for many years. She was born to her loving par- ents, Mr. Andrew Atkins and Mrs. Rosie Lee Atkins, who both preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Willis; sons, Melvin Atkins and Anthony Willis; sisters, Frances, Juanita. Delcie, Baby Sister and brothers, Dennis, Ernest, Lacey and Estern.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: her loving and devoted children, Davell Coleman (Lynette), Otis Rice (Kelly), Artis Rice, Mildred Watson, Linda Pope (Jerry), Barbara Haiston (Jerry), James Willis (Queenie), Deb- orah Willis and Sandra Willis; ex- tended children, Mardric Quarles and Antonio Davis, and a host of grand- children, nieces, nephews, other rela- tives and friends.
The remains will repose Thurs- day, April 12 from 4 to 7 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home.

MR. HERBERT L. WILLIAMS
Mr. Herbert L. Williams of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Fri- day, March 30, 2018. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, April 14, at 11 a. m. at Beulah Baptist Institutional Church, 1006 Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida with Rev. Dr. W. James Favorite, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Herbert L. Williams was a native of Florida, and a resident of Tampa for most of his life. He was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School in Tampa, Florida and was a member of Allen Temple AME Church, and frequently attended Beulah Baptist Institutional Church with his wife. He was employed for 34 years with Hillsborough Area Re- gional Transit Authority (HART), where he worked as a Bus Operator and Trainer before he retired in 2014.
Herbert was preceded in death by: his parents, James and Annie Floyd Williams; son, Herbert L. Williams, Jr.; brothers, William Davis, Rudolph Williams, Eldren Smith, and Henry Davis; and grand- daughter, Jazmine Rowe.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Mary F. Forbes Williams; four sons, James Rowe, Sr. (Stacey), Darian Williams, Delron Williams, and Demetrius Williams; three grandchildren, Ahea Williams, Do- rian Williams and James Rowe, Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Jai Rowe and James Rowe, III; one brother, Herman Williams (Lillie); special aunt, Dorothy “Dot” Newton; one sis- ter-in-law, Betty Johnson (Johnnie); one brother-in-law, Peter Forbes (Elaine); one goddaughter, Kayla Bell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.

DAVE M. GEORGE
A Homegoing celebration for Dave M. George, who passed away on April 4, 2018, will be held Satur- day, April 14, 2018, at 12 noon, at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 East Lake Avenue Tampa, FL 33610, where Apostle Mark Jones is pastor and Pastor Neslie Harley will be of- ficiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
Dave was born in St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Island and after coming to Tampa in 1989 and graduating from Leto High School, he owned and maintained a prominent mobile de- tailing business (Unique Auto De- tailing) well known to those in Hillsborough County and surround- ing areas.
Dave was preceded in death by: his daughter D’Quavia M. George and sister, Debbie. He leaves to cher- ish memories with his: parents Pauline Byam-Thomas and Melvan George; fiancé Ashley Mobley; sis- ters, Euclin Lake (Clarence Lake), Melody George, and Precious George; brothers Surrey and Melvon; niece, Chantelle Lake; nephews, Clarence Lake and Darrell Lake; great niece, Milana Rose Lake; children, Devin, Dave Jr., Dav- eshia, Shante, Trinity, Eamonee, Sincere, and Jahsiah; stepchildren, Tiffany, Lakeshia, Arneshia, Arnold, Dequan, and Dequanish; grand- daughters, Raelyn, MyKira, and Ty’Jani; aunts, Paulette Tomeau, Elaine Joseph, Shirley Hughes (Charles Hughes), Elva Horsford, and Maria Chapman; uncles, Neslie Harley, Reynold Byam, Stanley Horsford, and Casmore George, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., before the service starts and the family asks that you refrain from taking pictures or recording during this time as well as for the service.

MR. DEVIN ROSS SCRIVEN, SR.
Funeral services for Devin Ross Scriven, Sr., 34, of Seffner, FL, who passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018, will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018, 11 a.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 3005 E. Ellicott St., Tampa, FL 33610, Rev. Larry J. Mou- ton, Jr., Pastor, Officiating and Eulo- gist.
Interment will follow at Crystal Memorial Gardens, Crystal River, FL. Devin was born January 18, 1984, in Seffner, FL to the union of Lorenzo Scriven and Roseland Wilson Scriven. He attended Hillsborough County Schools. He was a quiet and reserved man, an attentive and loving father, competitive in sports, and always ac-
cepted a challenge.
Devin possessed a contagious
smile and easily related to children. Devin was preceded in death by
his father, Lorenzo Scriven.

MR. WILBERT WILLIAMS, SR.
Homegoing services for Mr. Wilbert Williams, Sr., who passed away March 27, 2018, will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 2 p.m., at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N 40th St, Tampa, FL 33610. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Williams was born October 20, 1923 in St. Ann, Jamaica. He was married to the late Dr. Ethline Williams, and to that union had five children.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
He leaves to cherish memories: his children, Marie Joy Williams (Manny) Garcia, Wilbert Williams, Jr., Headley Williams, Winifred Dancer, and Ethel Williamson; grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The processional will assemble Saturday at 1:45 p.m., at the Chapel.
