Church To Offer Free Wash/Dry Services To East Tampa Residents

To Deliver First Word Of ‘Last 7 Sayings’
Pastors On Patrol will host the “Seven Last Words Of Christ” Service on Friday, March 30, 2018, at the Charles Davis Conference Center, 1002 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. The service begins at 7 p. m.
The “First Word” will be delivered by Rev. Coller Williams, Associate Pastor, Anointing Christian Fellow- ship Church.

The Connections Community Church of Tampa, which is one church in two cities pas- tored by Dr. Jeffery A. J. Johnson, has bro- kered a collaborative partnership with Current Initiatives 501c3 to provide an amazing com- munity blessing for the residents of East Tampa.
On Saturday, March 31, 2018, from 10 a. m. – 1 p. m. the Connections Church will adopt two East Tampa Laundromats to bless local residents with free WASHING and DRYING services.
“This is an effort to bless the community and to help families prepare for Easter Resur- rection Services on Sunday,” Dr. Johnson stated. “This process will be led by church vol- unteers and it is on a first-come, first- serve system,” he said.
The two Laundromats are: Big Wash Ybor City, located at 1805 N. 34th Street, Tampa, 33605; and Big Wash College Hill, located at 3610 N. 29th St., Tampa, 33605.
Connections Community Church is located at 2708 E. Osborne Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. Services are held every Sunday at 1 p. m. and Wednesday evenings at 7 p. m.

The Greenridge and Delaney Creek Association monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, April 03, 2018, at 7 p. m. The meeting is held the first Tuesday of each month at the Emanuel P. Johnson Community Center, 5858 South 78th Street Tampa, 33619.
