The prom is Satur- day evening, April 1st.
A group of Plant City siblings have come together to start a scholarship fund to assist students in the Bay Area who are being raised by a single parent.
Cametria Griffin and her three brothers, Ken- neth (founder of the schol- arship fund), Ty and Ron Griffin, will be providing all of the accessories, in- cluding the gown and tick- ets, for Saturday night’s prom.
Ciara Brown, recipi- ent of the Emma Coffe- Griffin Scholarship, will not only be treated with a prom gown and acces- sories, but the family has al- ready set aside a $200 book stipend to help Ciara with her higher education.
