We could have history in the making with this year’s NCAA Tournament.
A historic lack of upsets in the tournament has led to many successful brackets, in- cluding one known remaining perfect bracket — the longest a bracket has ever remained perfect since the NCAA’s web- site has tracked it.
A bracket called “Center Road” entered in the NCAA’s online challenge has gone a perfect 48/48 on picks through the tournament’s first two rounds.
Center Road picked every single game correctly in the first two rounds, including
the first-round upsets by Lib- erty, UC Irvine and Murray State. The bracket also pre- dicted that the runs for all those teams would end in the second round and that the fa- vorites would prevail.
So who does the bracket have in the Final Four, you
ask? Three No. 1 seeds (Duke, Virginia, Gonzaga) and one No. 2 (Kentucky). The bracket has Gonzaga beating Ken- tucky for the title.
They’ve been perfect thus far, so maybe the run will con- tinue over the remaining 15 games.
LeBron James Issues Promise To Lakers Fans After
Coach K Consoles Sobbing UCF Players After Game
Disappointing Season
Sunday’s NCAA Tourna- ment classic between Duke and UCF was never going to be an ordinary game for Mike Krzyzewski.
Coach K was coaching against Johnny Dawkins, one of his most iconic players and someone credited for jump-starting the Duke pro- gram in the 1980s. That alone ensured that Krzyzewski was going to have a lot of re- spect for his opponents, and it showed after the narrow 77-76 victory, as Krzyzewski con- soled crying UCF players after their heartbreaking defeat.

LEBRON JAMES
There have been some wild rumors thrown around about the Los Angeles Lakers potentially looking to trade LeBron James this offsea- son, but the four-time NBA MVP clearly does not envi- sion that happening.
The Lakers were officially eliminated from postseason contention for the sixth con- secutive season with a loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night, marking the first time since 2005 that LeBron will not play in a playoff game. Over the weekend, James took to social media to prom- ise Laker Nation that “the spell won’t last much longer.”
The Lakers should be able to put together a team that’s good enough to reach the postseason, but they may need to add another super- star to get there. That will be their top priority this sum- mer, and even that might not make them good enough to contend for a title.

Krzyzewski reserved ar- guably his highest praise for Dawkins’s son Aubrey, who led UCF with 32 points and dominated the game for the Knights.
Deal For Casino Arrest
Former Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam “Pac- man” Jones found himself in trouble with the law once again last month, and his lat- est run-in with police will re- sult in some jail time.
Jones agreed to a plea deal this week in cases involv- ing nine felony and five mis- demeanor charges stemming from his arrest at an Indiana casino back in February. Au- thorities said Jones was sus- pected of cheating at a table game and struck a public safety official when con- fronted. Some of the charges include intimidation, battery against a public safety official, cheating at gambling and at- tempted theft.
On Thursday, Jones en- tered a guilty plea to one count of felony cheating at gambling

and one count of misde- meanor resisting law enforce- ment. The details of the plea agreement are confidential until it is filed by the court, but TMZ reports that prosecutors have agreed to drop all the re- maining charges in exchange for Jones serving 10 days in jail and not drinking during a probationary period of a year and a half. He has also been banned from the Rising Star Casino.
