MS. JESSIE CAMILLER SIMPSON DOOLEY
Ms. Jessie Camiller Simpson Dooley, 76, of Toccoa, Georgia, answered the call of the Lord and received her wings early Wednes- day morning, October 14, 2020, at Tampa General Hospital.
Mother Dooley was born Au- gust 1, 1944 in Carnesville, Geor- gia to the late Thomas and Hattie B. Simpson. She was educated in the Georgia Public School System and was a graduate of Whitman Street High School, Class of 1962 in Toccoa, Georgia. She worked many years for Malcolm South- ern Manufacturing, Stephens County Clerk’s Office, and as a domestic engineer.
Ms. Jessie Dooley, the epit- ome of strength and grit, lived her life to the fullest, unapologet- ically. She never met a stranger and made a lasting impression wherever she traveled.
She had a great heart of love and was a true giver expecting, nothing in return. Ms. Dooley was passionate about life and lived by her own mantra, “I paid the cost to be the boss.” She will truly be missed, but will never be forgotten, for she lives on through her children, grandchil- dren, and family.
Ms. Jessie Dooley leaves to celebrate her legacy: 3 devoted children, Jacqueline Graham (Reverend Dr. Anthony) of Bran- don, Florida, Tammy Robinson (Bishop Sylvester) of Temple Ter- race, Florida, and Benjamin Poole (Pamela) of Seneca, South Carolina; 11 grandchildren, La- Toya Siplin (Minister Roddrick), Dr. Dakeyan Graham (Casey), Letitia Parson, ABF1 Anjessica Gabriel (SPC Johny), Jasmene Robinson, Sylvester Scates, Cameron Jones, Brooklyn Poole, Kileigh Poole, Rafael Little, and Kendall Poole; 7 great grandchil- dren, Laila Siplin, Rishon Siplin, Jabriel Parson, Janeese Parson, Roddris Siplin, Aaliyah Graham, and Josiah Gabriel; 1 sister, Tom- mie Jean Oglesby (Paul) of Toc- coa, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Wil- son Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 3 – 8 p. m. Due to the current CDC restrictions, we are asking that you use the visitation as an op- portunity to pay your final re- spects. The funeral service will be private. For your convenience and safety, we have extended our visitation hours.

MS. ALYCE L. KNOWLES
A time of memory for Mrs. Alyce L. Knowles. Alyce transi- tioned peacefully at her home on Monday, October 12, 2020, in the presence of her lovely fam- ily. The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 22, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Bishop Jimmie E. Moore, officiating.
Alyce was born to the union of Joseph and Mildred Moncur. She was a graduate of Middleton Senior High School, class of 1957. She obtained her Associ- ates degree from Gibbs Jr. Col- lege.
Alyce was employed with General Telephone & Electron- ics Corporation (GTE) until her retirement. Alyce was fun, lov- ing, high spirited, and enjoyed being around people. Undeni- ably, she loved her husband, children and family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Moncur and Mildred P. Gray.
Alyce leaves to cherish her memories: a loving and devoted husband, Ivan T. Knowles; her children, Rhonda Thompson, Raymond Arnao, Jacqueline Knowles, Deborah Knowles, and Glenn Knowles; grandchildren, Rholiya (Eugene) Williams, Keisha Knowles, Arelis Logan, Michael Arnao and Raymond Arnao, IV; great, grandchildren, Alexys Reese, Chad Demetrius Reese, Kaliya Walker, Cameron Roberts, Jeremiah Arnao, Rayah Arnao, and Savannah Houghtalin; aunt, Willard Tay- lor; cousins, Willie F. A Celebration of Life for Ms. Imani KaLone Blair will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020, at 12:00 noon, at New Salem Prim- itive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Ne- braska Ave., Tampa, FL 33602, Pastor Benjamin Curry, along with Pastor Rashidi Collins of New Life Tabernacle United, of- ficiating. Interment at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa FL 33610.
The wake will be held Fri- day, October 23, 2020 5-7 p. m., at the same location.
Ms. Imani Ka’Lone Blair was born in Hillsborough County, in Tampa, Florida, to Mr. DelaRosa Blair and Sheryl L. Cooper. She was educated through the Hills- borough County Public School System. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age.
Imani was a beautiful, smart, young lady with a beautiful voice. She graduated from Free- dom High School, taught herself fluent Spanish and also com- pleted her course as a Medical Assistant from Erwin Technical School.
On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, God called her home for her eternal rest.
She was preceded in death by: her infant son, Nehemiah Bulark.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories: her son, Zaiyim A. Arce; her twin daughters, Ju- diah and Jediah Bulark, and their father, Ellis Bulark; her parents, Sheryl L. Cooper and DelaRosa Blair; maternal grand- parents, Elsie L. Jones and John W. Jones, III (deceased); broth- ers, Tony Smith and Jusio Dixon; sister, Elsie L. REV. DR. CLEO PHILLIP EPPS
A Private Homegoing Celebra- tion will be held for Rev. Dr. Cleo Phillip Epps, who went home to his Savior on October 14, 2020.
Dr. Epps was born on May 23, 1924 in Jacksonville, Florida. After becoming an adult, he en- listed in the United States Navy and served until honorably dis- charged.
He later heeded to the calling of our Heavenly Father and be- came a minister and was licensed on June 8, 1958 at Oak Hill Mis- sionary Baptist Church. Then on March 26, 1959, he was Ordained as a Minister of the Gospel. Dr. Epps was Pastor of Mt. Olive Mis- sionary Baptist Church for over fifty-two (52) consecutive years. He had been in the Ministry from 1958 until his demise. He held the esteemed position of Elder States- man for Progressive Missionary & Education State Convention of Florida. He retired as Moderator of the First South Florida District Association after eleven (11) years of dedicated leadership, which then incorporated over 120 Churches across the State of Florida.
Prior to that, he was President of Congress Number Four for twenty-eight (28) consecutive years which then incorporated twenty-two Churches in Hillsbor- ough, Pinellas, Pasco and Her- nando Counties.
Prior to that, he was Vice Pres- ident of the same Congress for eight (8) consecutive years.
He received his Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Florida Theological Seminary after completing 8 years of aca- demics. Dr. Epps trained over 40 Ministers and ordained over 20, as well as licensed over 30. He also agreed for Mt. Olive to partic- ipate in the Mayor Bob Buck- horn’s Inauguration Ceremony in 2011.

Sr.; mother, Annie Lee Oliver; stepmother, Ora Mae Epps; spouse, Lillian S. Epps; brothers, Ezekiel Burney Epps, Jr. and Johnny Lee Epps; sisters, Chris- tine Stokes, Azzie Marie Tyson, Jacqueline Gatlin and Jean Euge- nia Harvey; nephew, Leroy Epps and niece, Yvonne Brannon.
