Eminem Makes Rare Public Appearance To Honor 50 Cent At Walk Of Fame Ceremony
HOLLYWOOD, CA – The name Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is now among the hundreds of stars included on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The veteran Hip Hop artist received the honor on Thurs- day (January 30) in front of the W Hotel near the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street where his star is located.
To celebrate the occasion, 50’s longtime friend and col- laborator (oh yeah — and one of the biggest artists in the world) Eminem made a rare public appearance to show his support, making a few jokes along the way.
“I just want to say I’m here today because this is not only a business partner to me, it’s one of the best friends I’ve ever known in the world,” he said in a video captured by

“He’s an artist, an entre- preneur, an actor, a director,
a producer ... he can juggle, he’s great at Scrabble — he pretty much does it all. And he’s also helped through a lot of hard times in my life and he’s always been there when I need him. So 50, congrats on your star, man. Hollywood made it official, but I knew from the beginning. Dre knew from the beginning.”
Ciara And Russell Wilson Announce Baby No. 3 Is On The Way
Congratulations are in order for Beauty Marks singer Ciara and Seattle Sea- hawks quarterback Russell Wilson. On Thursday (Jan- uary 30), the happily married couple announced they’re having a third child via social media.
“Number 3,” Wilson tweeted along with a picture of Cici, who’s wearing a red bikini and proudly showing off her baby bump in the background.
Baby No. 3 will be Wil- son’s second child with Ciara and her third.
The “Body Party” artist also has a son, 5-year-old Fu- ture Zahir Wilburn, from

her previous relationship with Grammy Award-win- ning rap star Future. Wil- son assumed the role of stepfather to baby Future when the couple got married in England four years ago.
Kelis Accuses The Neptunes Of Ripping Her Off: 'You Stole All My Publishing!'
Kelis recently sat down with The Guardian to discuss a myriad of topics, including her early work with The Neptunes — the production duo comprised of Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo — and their subsequent fall- out.
During the interview, the “Milkshake” singer claimed she was “blatantly lied to and tricked” by the duo, their management and lawyers. She added she didn’t make any money off her first two albums — 1999’s Kaleido- scope and 2001’s Wander- land — which The Neptunes produced.
For her third album Tasty, Kelis elected to work with other producers and she said The Neptunes were “really offended.”
“I was told we were going to split the whole thing 33/33/33, which we didn’t

do,” she said. “Their argu- ment is: ‘Well, you signed it.’ I’m like: ‘Yeah, I signed what I was told, and I was too young and too stupid to dou- ble-check it.'”
Despite her allegations, Kelis insisted she isn’t angry. “To be honest with you, I think if it were not for my faith, I feel like that would probably be the case,” she ex- plained. “It’s very clear to me,
especially being on a farm, that whatever you put in the ground, that is what’s going to come back to you.”
Several years ago, Kelis saw Pharrell perform at an industry event where she was in the crowd.
“He did that thing to me that he’s notorious for, which is making a nod from the stage [to someone in the au- dience], so it seems like there’s mutual respect, when in reality ...,” she said with a laugh. “I’m like, OK, I’m not going to yell back: ‘You stole all my publishing!’ So you end up nodding back and everyone thinks everything’s great. Like, whatever.”
Wanderland was finally made available for streaming last June, 18 years after its original release. It’s unclear what the arrangement was between the two parties to make that happen.
