Former Police Officer Sentenced To 8 Years For Not Disclosing He Had HIV To Partner

Tabitha Duncan’s video has cost her a stint in the U.S. Air Force.
PALM BEACH, FL — A former police officer will spend eight years in prison for not disclosing his HIV di- agnosis to his longtime girl- friend.
Back in April, Ervans Saintclair was found guilty by a Palm Beach County jury of a first-degree felony charge called “uninformed HIV in- fected sexual intercourse,” re- ports the Sun-Sentinel.

posed to uphold the law,” said Judge Samantha Schosberg Feuer. “She could have contracted HIV and died.”
The 40-year-old ex-girl- friend has tested negative for the disease. She did, how- ever, testify that while dating Saintclair from 2010 to 2013, he never revealed his HIV diagnosis despite engag- ing in unprotected sex.
ST. LOUIS, MO —- A wait- ress in Missouri who served up nasty and vile commen- tary about hunting down n*ggers on video is now out of a job as a waitress and has been given the boot as a new Air Force enlistee.

Tabitha “Tabbie” Dun- can can be seen riding down a dark road in the video, with bare feet, sitting on top of a truck with beer in hand as a man off camera yells:
“So, we’re going nigger hunting today or what?” a man off camera asks.
“We’re going nigger hunt- ing,” another man an- swers.“We’re fucking nigger hunting right now,” the off-
camera man replies. “You get them niggers,” Duncan says smiling as a man compli- ments her on her looks saying she’s “pretty.”
Duncan was identified as a waitress who worked at So- cial Bar and Grill, a local restaurant in St. Louis County. Duncan had also enlisted in the Air Force.
The Air Force has given her the boot. Duncan is “in the process of being released from her enlistment,” Lt. Col. Chad Gibson told the Air Force Times.
Duncan has reportedly shut down her Facebook page but before she did so, she shared a post about making a mistake.
Target’s At It Again --- Offers ‘Baby Daddy’ Greeting Card With Black Characters --- Apologizes After The Fact
Target officials have apolo- gized for offering greeting cards with the phrase “Baby Daddy” ahead of Father’s Day and are working to pull them from store shelves.
Yes, it’s what you’re most likely thinking, unfortunately: the cards show an African- American man and woman kissing under the words “Baby Daddy.” “You’re a wonderful husband and father and I’m so grateful to have you as my partner, my friend, and my baby daddy! Happy Father’s Day,” is what the card says on its inside.
Not that it matters, but the American Greetings card is not exclusive to Target, ac- cording to The Kansas City
Star.
It first drew national atten- tion when Takeisha Saun- ders posted a photo of the card on her Facebook page:
You CANNOT be serious Tar- get!!!! Really!!!?!!!!? This was the only Father’s Day card that featured a black cou- ple!!!!!!” she wrote.
Sanders said she found the card at a Target location in Rockwall, Texas.
Saunders, who is black, told ABC News on Thursday that there were plenty of other cards she found less offensive, but they all featured white couples.
“There was no other op- tion,” said Saunders. “My disappointment was that it was the only card that fea- tured a black couple. There wasn’t any other black hus- band cards or anything like that.
Man Arrested And Charged For Pregnant Wife And Father-In-Law’s Deaths
Cassandritz Blanc faced a Ft. Lauderdale judge last week in connection to the death of his pregnant wife and her father.
Teen Assaulted By Soccer Dad At Championship Match
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Police said a man who is ac- cused of killing his pregnant wife faced a judge in court after, officials said, he made a chilling confession.
Cassandritz Blanc, 23, faced a judge in court last Wednesday.
“You’re wheeling a garbage can with a mutilated dead body in it,” the judge said, “as well as once under arrest and post Miranda [warning], there was a full confession.”
Police believe that Blanc killed his pregnant wife, 20- year-old Martine Bernard, on June 4 and kept her body in her Fort Lauderdale apart- ment for a week before he placed it in a dumpster, a few feet from her home.
She had been reported m i s s ing before Fort Laud- erdale and Hollywood Police confirmed that the body found in a dumpster near Downtown Fort Lauderdale was Bernard.
She was six months preg- nant at the time she was re- ported missing.
Fort Lauderdale Police later arrested Bernard’s husband, charging him with first-degree murder.
The discovery of Bernard’s body came after her father, 68-year-old Roo- sevelt Bernard, was found dead on last Monday near his Hollywood home after he also went missing over the week- end. Blanc is also a suspect in his murder.
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — A Black teen was punched in the face by the father of an opposing player at a soccer championship match held in Virginia, suffering a mild concussion and requiring stitches as the result of the at- tack.
The altercation took place in Virginia Beach during the North American Sand Soccer Championship, which at- tracts over 10,000 players.
The championship match turned violent when two players got into a scuffle over the ball during play. Then, the situation took a turn for the worse when the oppo- nent’s father, Jordan Grin- nell, got involved.
Timothy Vickerie was punched in the face by soccer dad, Jor- dan Grinnell, who was arrested and will be arraigned on June 20th.
Then, Grinnell punched Timothy Vickerie, 14, at least two to four times ac- cording to witnesses. Grin- nell had to be wrestled to the ground by 10 other dads.
Vickerie was rushed to
the hospital, where he was treated for a mild concussion and a gash above his left eye.
Grinnell was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. He is expected to be arraigned on June 20.
