As a result of being unable to effectuate certified mail notice to violators of the City Code, Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Code Enforcement Hearing Master has scheduled a public hearing on April 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to hear the below listed cases. Which are in violation of the City of Tampa Code Information listed below describes the case number, property owner(s), violation address, code section violated, and legal description of subject property in that order. The hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida. Affected property owners will be given the opportunity to discuss the alleged violations. Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (THEA) is soliciting Expanded Letter of Interest (ELOI) from qualified firms in providing miscellaneous design and construction engineering inspection (CEI)services to the THEA on an as-needed basis.
Services to be provided by the selected firm(s) may include, but are not limited to, the following FDOT pre-qualified services: Control Surveying; Design, Right of Way, & Construction Surveying; Minor Highway Design; Major Highway Design; Controlled Access Highway Design; Minor Bridge Design; Miscellaneous Structures; Soil Exploration; Signing, Pavement Marking & Channelization; Signalization; Lighting; Roadway; Construction Engineering Inspection; Construction Materials Inspection; and Minor Bridge & Miscellaneous Structures CEI.
The complete ELOI Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa-xway.com. FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE ELOI INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Interested firms shall submit a completed ELOI response to the Authority, 1104 East Twiggs Street, Suite 300, 3rd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. Responses are due by May 14, 2019, by 2:00 p.m. at which time all proposals received will be publicly opened. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the ELOI Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the ELOI. THEA strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of SBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.
