RAY WILLIAMS
MR. WILLIAM RANDOLPH, III
Mr. William Randolph, III, of Seffner, Florida passed away, Monday, February 25, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 9, 2 p. m. at New Bethel Progres- sive Missionary Baptist Church, 3011 E. North Bay Street, with Reverend Reginal T. Webb, officiating. Inter- ment will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019, 11 a. m. at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mr. Randolph was a native of Inverness, Florida and a resident of Tampa (Seffner) for many years. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School.
Mr. Randolph furthered his education and received a culinary degree from Brew- ster Technical Center. After 10 years of dedicated service to his country in the United States Marine Corp, he retired as an E6. He later retired from the United States Post Office. Mr. Randolph was a member of New Bethel Progressive Missionary Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving wife, Shirley Randolph; sons, Cleven Ran- dolph (Sheryl) and Brian Ran- dolph (Cicely); stepchildren, Carl Davis, Carlene Davis, Shannon Madison (Keith) and Arthur Brown; 11 grandchil- dren; five great grandchil- dren; three brothers-in-law, Freddrick Perdue, Lucius Per- due and James Perdue; a sis- ter-in-law, Iona Perdue; as well as a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mr. William Randolph, III will be held Fri- day,March8from6to8p.m. at New Bethel Progressive M. B. Church, 3011 E. North Bay Street.

MS. EARNESTINE MARSHALL
Homegoing Service for Ms. Earnestine Marshall, who passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019, at 11 a. m., at First Union Mission- ary Baptist Church, 3707 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Bruce E. Garmon, Sr., officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Earnestine Marshall was born on July 18, 1953, to the parentage of D. C. Carroll and Viola Sapp Marshall in Quincy, Florida. Ms. Marshall was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida, South Carolina for one year prior to residing in Tampa, Florida since 1989.
Ms. Marshall was a former member of First Union Mis- sionary Baptist Church. She was a retired educator from the Hillsborough County School System and a member of Zeta Phi Beta.
Ms. Earnestine Marshall is survived by: her son, Sebastian Reglin of Newnan, Georgia; grandchildren, London Reglin and Brielle Simpson; 10 broth- ers; 10 sisters, including her caregiver and best friend, Rosa Harris; 1 uncle; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, spe- cial friends and other rela- tives.
There will be a viewing on Thursday March 7, 2019, from 5–8p.m.withthefamily present to receive friends from 6 – 7 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida.
Friends are asked to as- semble at the church on Friday at approximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MS. HELEN FLORENCE EVANS
A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Helen Florence Evans will be held on Sunday, March 10,2019,at1p.m.attheMt. Calvary Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4902 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, with Pastor Pierre Francois, officiat-
ing.On Sunday, March 3, 2019, Helen’s earthly journey ended.
Helen was born in Tampa, FL to Mary Ann King and An- drew Anthony Lovett. As a member of the United States Air Force, she served her country honorably for 3 years. She went on to serve as an officer for the Tampa Police Department and later, the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department. After her journey in law enforcement, she went on to study Theology and Education. She has been an Educator with the Hillsborough County School System over the past decade.
She genuinely enjoyed working with children and ob- serving the spark in their eyes as they learned new things.
Helen was an active member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church until she was no longer physically able to attend. She was also a member of Beta Phi Zeta Sorority.
Ms. Evans is survived by: her loving sons, Christopher Lovett (wife, Sheila Lovett) and Lamar LaCount (wife, Natilsha LaCount); granddaughters, Emani, Endia and Eris Lovett, Trillion and Azura LaCount. Her siblings, Georgia (Joy) Lovett, Anna Lovett, Cynthia (Patsy) Roach, Anthony Lovett, and Nathaniel Lovette, as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 2 - 4 p. m.
Friends are asked to assem- ble at the church on Sunday at approximately 12:45 p. m. for the service.

MS. BETTY LEE ASHLEY
Ms. Betty Lee Ashley, age 75, passed away on Monday, Feb- ruary 25, 2019, in Tampa, Florida at home with her hus- band and sons.
Memorial Service will be heldon3/9/19from2to4p.m. at Cremations of Tampa, 110 N. MacDill Ave., Tampa, FL 33609.
Our mom was always will- ing to help her family and friends. Considering she was a baker by trade, she often helped at events including her son’s and niece’s weddings. She always had strong faith in God which helped her so much during her difficult illness.
She is survived by: her hus- band, Bobby Ashley, and two sons, Kent and Greg Ashley. Furthermore, daughter-in-law, Rachel Ashley; and 3 grandchil- dren, Shema Freeman, Danielle Ashley and Maya Ashley, whom all brought her so much joy. She has 4 surviving sisters and many nieces and nephews, who all loved her dearly.
Mom, you will be missed so much. Although, saying good- bye to our mother, grand- mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend is so difficult, knowing you are no longer suffering in God’s hands makes the pain a little more tolerable.
Now rest mom, knowing you are so deeply missed and loved.
MR. EALY LONG
Mr. Ealy Long of Tampa passed away Wednesday, Feb- ruary 27, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, March 9 at 9 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue, with Pastor Donald Lott, officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday, March 12 at 11 a. m. at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mr. Long was a native of Marianna, Florida and a resi- dent of Tampa for most of his life. Mr. Long was a United States Army Veteran. After his Honorable Discharge, he served the Tampa Bay Com- munity as a Taxi Cab driver for Yellow Cab Company.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Lilly Long; and his brother, Ernest Long.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Tony Brady and Norenia Jackson; his siblings, James Long and wife, Maggie, Leroy Long and his wife, Margaret, Michael Long and wife, Renita, Sheryl Long Wright and Lenora Long; nephews, Andre, Jawara, Baraka, Carlos, Rickey, Johnny, Michael, Jr., Eric, James, Jr. and Larry, Jr.; nieces, Shavellle, Squora, Monica, Tameka, Alisa, Sonia, Nadine, Nicole, Lisa and Alicha; a special friend, Jackie Bustamante and family; and a host of many cousins, friends and family.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, March 8th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
