Kimora Lee Simmons Privately Working Out Custody Agreement With Djimon Hounsou
Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou have had a pretty relaxed custody arrangement in re- gards to their 10-year-old son, but that's all about to change as the two stars are actively working towards an official agreement.
Sources close to the couple tell The Blast, attorneys for both stars have been on the phone Wednesday hashing out a privately mediated visi- tation agreement that will clearly outline when and where each parent will have custody of their son, Kenzo Lee Hounsou.
Earlier this week, the "Avengers: Endgame" star was seen on video complain-

ing that he didn't get to see his son on Father's Day, and heavily implied that Kimora was responsible for keeping the child away from him.
"It would have bee nice to see my son on Father's Day." Sources close to Kimora tell us Hounsou has been al-
lowed to see his son all that he wants, but claims the star has chosen not to take advan- tage of the time to hang out with Kenzo.
The other issue is that Hounsou, who is from Benin, West Africa, appar- ently regularly travels outside the U. S. back to Africa.
We're told Kenzo prima- rily lives with his mother in the U. S. and traveling out of the country would heavily impact his schedule.
Luckily, we're told both parents want to get an arrangement set in stone that works for everyone, and they are in agreement on provid- ing the best situation for Kenzo.
Wedding bells are ringing for the Comedian and Own Network producer, who jumped the broom over the weekend.
The BET Awards weren’t the only thing poppin’ last week- end...love was also in the air for comedian Mike Epps and his fiancée, OWN Network pro- ducer Kyra Robinson, who tied the knot in a private cere- mony in Newport Beach, Cali- fornia. Celebrities like Snoop Dogg, T.I. and Tiny, and Doug E. Fresh flew out to at- tend the festivities.
The couple hasn’t gotten
around to posting official wed- ding pictures just yet, but some of their attendees shared snap- shots from the festivities. Epps posed with some friends/fellow comedians looking sharp as ever.
Snoop Dogg and his wife Shante Broadus skipped the awards show in order to make the wedding, but the rapper thanked BET for granting him the award for best gospel song.
Artists Are Suing Universal Over Recordings Lost In The 2008 Fire
Earlier this month, The New York Times published an investigation into the massive loss of music history that resulted from a 2008 fire at Universal Studios Holly- wood. Master recordings from many of Universal’s most renowned musicians — everyone from Tupac and The Eagles to Elton John and 50 Cent — were lost in the fire, meaning the possi- bilities for high-quality re- masters based on the old recordings are limited.
In a follow-up report, The New York Times is now re-
porting that Hole, Soundgar- den, and Steve Earle, along with the estates of Tupac Shakur and Tom Petty, are suing UMG for losses. Ac- cording to documents ob- tained by The New York Times (and as previously re- ported), these artists were not aware of the extent of the losses to their catalog.
The suit, filed in Los An-
geles in Federal District Court, reportedly seeks class- action status. The Times re- ports that the members of the group seek over $100 million in damages. The plaintiffs allege that Universal breached its contractual obli- gations by failing to protect the masters, and by failing to share funds received as set- tlements from the fire with the artists whose property was damaged. In a 2009 legal action against NBC over the fire, UMG reportedly valued its losses from the fire at $150 million.
Why Were Bill Cosby's Personal Items Stolen From His Cell
While Bill Cosby is making headway with the inmates at the SCI-Phoenix prison in Pennsylvania through fatherly lectures on life and family, the disgraced comedian isn’t fair- ing so well on the outside.
Cosby has had his personal items smuggled out of the prison, which could pose a po- tential threat for DNA evi- dence, Radar Online reported. Items such as his toothbrush, clothing, and hats have been taken from his cell, which could prove he is the father of two children outside his marriage to Camille, the news outlet said.
One of his accusers, Mary Waller, gave birth to Emon Waller, who is now 34, and served as Cosby’s business manager for a period of time. The other child is reportedly a woman named Autumn Jackson, who was born in 1974.
The news of the alleged af- fairs with Jackson in 1997 and Waller last year. Waller has reportedly confirmed that he wants a DNA test from Cosby to prove that he is his father.
Camille, who has never vis- ited Cosby in prison, may not be able to take the embarrass- ment of two children born by

other women with her hus- band, Radar Online reported. A source for the news outlet confirmed that, “There’s only so much more shame and hu- miliation she can take.”
Cosby is reportedly aware of the missing items and is looking to head off any poten- tial DNA testing, which the source said, “He wants all re- sources on deck to stop any DNA testing because that’ll completely ruin the little life he has left.”
Camille married Cosby in 1964. Cosby is serving three to 10 years for the 2004 drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
'Avengers: Endgame' Nears $2.75 Billion, 'Aladdin' Tops $800 Million, 'John Wick 3' Nears $300 Million
In holdover news for the weekend, Walt Disney's Al- addin continued to stay one jump ahead of the competi- tion. The $183 million Guy Ritchie-directed remake earned another $12.2 million (-29.5%) in its fifth weekend to bring its domestic cume to $287.5 million in a month. It earned $32.9 million (-34% in holdover territories over- all) for a $522.6 million over- seas cume and an obscene $810.1 million global total.
The Mena Massou, Naomi Scott, Will Smith musical romance has a shot at passing $900 million worldwide. No, I don't think $1 billion is on the table, but it may get closer to The Jun- gle Book ($363 million do- mestic and $966 million
Mena Massoud and Will Smith in 'Aladdin'
worldwide) than any of us were expecting. It should be just over $300 million do- mestic by next weekend as it nears $850 million global in what is a clear overperfor- mance.
To whatever extent Toy Story 4 "under performed" this weekend, specifically in North America, it is being countered by Aladdin's boffo run. Aladdin and John Wick: Chapter 3 are both holding
like champs partially be- cause they are offering big- screen thrills of the sort you can't find anywhere else ei- ther in theaters or on TV. Speaking of which, skipping around a moment, the Keanu Reeves sequel earned another $4.075 mil- lion (-36%) this weekend for a $156 million domestic total and a $289 million global cume on a $75 million budget.
