Gucci Has Offended Folks Again
     Reporting That He’s In Secret
These high-end fashion companies love controversy like fat kids love cake, and drunk uncles love wine. Re- ally, how else can you make sense of the constant stum- blings and so-called social faux pas of major clothiers over the years? The only thing positive that I can say about this most recent screw up by Gucci is at least it isn’t OVERTLY racist.
Social media came for that ass over a leather ankle bracelet that some says looks like an electronic ankle mon- itor during their spring-sum- mer 2020 presentation in Milan.
Others still say the bracelet

appears to be gold bullets. They are, in fact, Gucci Beauty lipsticks, which are also shown on arm cuffs of a similarly themed design at
the same show.
Now really, who are these
products being marketed to? Dumb Americans with money, that’s who.

Alicia Keys Admits She Didn’t Recognize Herself When She Went Make-Up Free
Alicia Keys appeared on the Facebook Watch series “Red Table Talk” on Monday and spoke about why she chose to go makeup-free three years ago.
The Grammy-winning singer said she wore makeup to live up to peoples’ expecta- tions and when she decided to go make-up free, she “did- n’t even know my own face. And when I took off all the stuff and I looked into the mirror, I didn’t know that person.”
Keys went on to say how shocked she would be by older photos of herself be- cause the contrast “was that drastic,” she explained to Red Table Talk hosts Jada Pin- kett Smith, Adrienne Banfield Norris, and Wil- low Smith.
“I had a paper [where] I wrote down all the things that pissed me off ... I’m pissed off

that if I’m not so put together and I walk outside, someone says to me, ‘You look tired,” the 38-year-old singer con- tinued, per Insider.
“I’m not tired,” she added. “I’m chilling. This is my face. But I didn’t even know that, because I didn’t even know my face. I didn’t even know my own face. And when I took off all the stuff and I looked into the mirror, I did- n’t know that person.”
Keys opened up about
going bare-face in an essay shared on Lenny Letter in May 2016.
“I started, more than ever, to become a chameleon,” Keys wrote. “Never fully being who I was, but con- stantly changing so all the ‘they’s’ would accept me.”
She said that while work- ing on her 2016 album “Here,” she wrote a song about the pressure women face, titled “When a Girl Can’t Be Herself.”
