 RAY WILLIAMS
MS. JUANITA JACKSON SPENCER
Ms. Juanita Jackson Spencer of Tampa passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 24th at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Kevin Hobbs, officiating.
Ms. Juanita Jackson Spencer was affectionately known by family and friends as “Nita.” She was born in Dothan, AL on September 11, 1943. At an early age she moved to Tampa, Florida and later relocated to Rochester, New York, where she met and married Johnny Spencer.
After retiring, she returned to Tampa, Florida. Juanita en- joyed cooking delicious meals for family and friends. Addi- tionally, she was very outspo- ken. “She said what she meant, and meant what she said.”
Juanita passed peacefully from this earthly life on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. She was preceded in death by: her parents, James and Essie Jackson; husband, Johnny Spencer; brothers, Clarence Jackson, Robert Grant and Jesse Jackson and her sister, Pecola Harrison.
Juanita is survived by: one brother, Walter Jackson (Jeanette), of Anderson, IN; one sister, Rosetta Jackson, of Tampa, FL; special friend, Willie Walker “Bud;” sisters-in- law, Charity Jackson, Betty Jackson of Orlando, FL, Nancy Spencer, of Rochester, NY and Susie Spencer, of Clayton, AL; brother-in-law, Claude Lucas, Jr. of Rochester, NY; loving and endearing nieces, Brenda “An- nette” Royal and Cheryl Wilson; a devoted and special nephew, Keyvis Washington, Jr.; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and a special friend and neighbor, Pamela Harris Kennedy.
The remains will repose Fri- day morning, August 24th from 10 a. m. until service time at the funeral home chapel.

MISS JULIA KAY WOODRUFF
Homegoing Celebration Services for Miss Julia Kay Woodruff, who passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, will be held Friday, August 24th at 5 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue, with Elder Pastor Willie Kinnard, officiating.
Julia was born November 14, 1975 to the late Homer Royal, Jr. and Vicie Mae Moore-Woodruff. She was ed- ucated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Tampa Bay Techni- cal High School, Class of 1993. Julia was affiliated with Un- compromising Word of God Ministry and Outreach Center,
Inc.She enjoyed reading, writ- ing, playing card games and dominos. Julia loved all of her children and was loved by nu- merous people, friends, and family. Most of all Julia really enjoyed her career as a Li- censed Practical Nurse, where she served the Tampa Bay Area for many years.
She leaves to cherish loving memories with: her children, Taleah Newberry, Melinda Howard, Angel Newberry, Jamal Louis, and Destiny Har- rison; one grandson, Chiante Starks; four brothers, Calvin Ellis and wife, Joan, Reginald Mention, Elbert Payne and wife, Leslie, and Ralph Payne, Jr.; two sisters, Evangeline Payne-Bryant and husband, John Bryant, Jr. and Carolyn Brown Kennedy and husband, Scott Kennedy; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel by 4:45 p. m. Friday, August 24.

Crime
Police Search For Two Car Burglary Suspects
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of car burglaries that took place recently.
The suspects are believed to be two Black or Hispanic men. The burglaries took place around 4 a.m., on June 24th.
According to police, the two men broke into several cars in the area of Seafairer Dr. and Leward Isle Way. One suspect is seen rummaging through one vehicle, while an- other was observed riding a bicycle in the background.

In Hot
Car Dies
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is investigat- ing the death of an infant. He was left inside a hot car last Friday.
According to police, at ap- proximately 11:16 a.m., police responded to 12310 Elgin Blvd., in Spring Hill. They were told a baby had just been removed from a hot car.
The infant was trans- ported to a local hospital, where he later died. He has been identified as 9-month- old Keyton O’Callaghan, who had been in the care of his mother, 38-year-old Cami Lee Moyer.
Police said it was un- known how long the infant had been left inside the car. He was discovered by his fa- ther, Eric O’Callaghan, 32, who called 9-1-1. The investi- gation is continuing.
