Homegoing Services for Ms. Phyllisha Mignon Webb, who passed away on December 28, 2017, will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Revealing Truth Ministries, 5201 N. Ar- menia Ave., Tampa, FL, 33603, Pastor Bryan Powe, Pastor Lamar Mills, officiating. Inter- ment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Phyllisha Mignon Webb was born April 4, 1986 in Brooklyn, NY.
She was preceded in death by: grandfather, Lloyd Anthony Jackson; grandmother, Ruth Bullock Jackson; aunt, Vera Bullock.
She is survived by: 6 chil- dren, daughter, Ta’Tyanna Webb; son, Frank Richberg, Jr.; son, Antoine Walker; twin daughter, Aariyah; and son, Aarione Webb; and daughter, Patri’Nae Vickers; grand- mother, Lula Webb; mother, Yvette Howard (Major Bloom, III); father, Charles Webb (Lisa Webb); step-father, Melvin Howard, Jr.; sister, Niema Bul- lock (Leon Mack); brother, Dazmel Howard (Glennique Thomas); sister, Aaleeyah Howard; sister, Chrishanna Howard; brother, Felix Webb; sisters, Dayquana Webb, Kiara Webb, Kelis Webb, and Jamie Webb; uncles, Raymond Bul- lock (Carol Bullock), Steve Bul- lock (Wanda Bullock), Gary Bullock; aunts, Arlene Bullock, Pauline Belton, Rebecca Webb, Sabrina Webb; nephew, Paul Polen; niece, Paul’Nasha Polen; nephew, Jameal Webb; and niece, Jonyia Webb; and a host of cousins and friends.

W. Palm Beach Man Captured For Alleged Double Murder
Federal Violence Reduction Program Nets More Than 100 Arrests

cused of fatally
shooting his
mother’s girl-
friend and step-
daughter last
week after his
mother tearfully
appeared on
camera and begged for him to surrender.
According to NBC affiliate WPTV, officials from U. S. Marshals said Marlin Joseph was caught in Lan- tana one day after agents along with the West Palm Beach Police Department an- nounced a $5,000 reward for information leading to his ar- rest.
Robin Denson spoke outside the West Palm Beach Police Department on Mon- day afternoon in order to offer a plea for her son, Marlin Larice Joseph, reported the Palm Beach Post.
The 26-year-old man was charged with killing Kaladaa Crowell, 36, and her 11-year- old daughter, Kyra Inglett, following a domestic dispute on last Thursday.

while her daughter was pro- nounced dead the following morning at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Denson was Kaladaa’s Crowell’s girlfriend and she considered Kyra Inglett to be her stepdaughter, reported WPTV.
Denson was outside Crowell’s house when shots rang out.
Joseph fled in Crowell’s 2012 Toyota Camry. The four- door vehicle has a Bethune- Cookman University tag, with the license plate number BAOMJ.
Joseph served less than a year in prison for battery on a child. The prison time re- sulted from a 2013 case wherein he was accused of en- gaging in lewd behavior with a 13-year-old girl when he was 22.
TRAMEL MIDDLETON ... pleaded guilty
Last year, the federal gov- ernment launched the Violent Crime Reduction initiative in Central Florida. As a result of the initiative, more than 100 persons have been taken into custody and 227 firearms and ammunition has been re- moved from the streets.
The results focus on the first phase of the initiative, which has taken place during a three-month period.

U. S. Acting U. S. Attorney W. Steven Muldrow di- rected prosecutors in the Dis- trict’s five offices to prosecute firearm or violent crime cases.
Of the 125 individuals charged so far, offenses in- clude possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, posses- sion of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime or a crime of violence, possession of a stolen firearm, robbery, and bank robbery.
The collaboration with local law enforcement, the U. S. Attorney’s Office is in the process of prosecuting 45 of those cases, 16 of which are in Hillsborough County.
Three defendants have pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing. Tramel Ronsha Middleton, 25; Rakim Jamal Philon, 27; and Richard Deandre Walton, 23, all pleaded guilty to pos- session of a firearm by a con- victed felon. All three are facing up to 10 years in federal prison.
Thomas Paul Stephens,
49, was charged with posses- sion with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of metham- phetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. He is facing a minimum mandatory 10 years in federal prison.
Edward Lamont Dash,
29, was charged with posses- sion of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Tracy Lee Williams, 38, was charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of pure methampheta- mine, distribution of metham- phetamine, distribution of 50 grams or more of metham- phetamine, possession with in- tent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug traffick- ing crime.
Arvester Lamonica An- derson, 46, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is facing a minimum mandatory 15 years to life.
Lecardo Renard Al- bury, 32, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Raheem Davis, 46, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is facing a minimum mandatory 15 years to life.
Steven Garcia, 22, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
David Valentin, 27, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Jeremy Dwayne Sim- mons, 36, of Brandon, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is facing a minimum mandatory 15 years to life.
Edgar Delgado, 26, of Plant City, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Madio Morris, 36, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Reginald Hollie, 35, of Plant City, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
