MS. KEISHA E. SUTTON
Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Keisha E. Sutton, who passed on Tuesday February 25, 2020, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 2 p. m. at Exciting Faith Alive Church, 5705 E. 32nd Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Anto- nio Hawkins, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Keisha E. Sutton was born on November 13, 1978 in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of Ralph English and Cynthia Sutton. She was a member of St. John Pro- gressive M. B. Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks. Keisha at- tended the public schools of Hills- borough County and was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. She loved life and she lived it to the fullest. Ms. Sut- ton enjoyed raising and taking care of her two beautiful children, Lamyjah and Lamont Baldwin.
Ms. Sutton was preceded in death by: her mother, Cynthia Sut- ton; grandmother, Mary Robin- son; aunt, Drucilla Sutton; godsister, Felicia Hines and granddad, Lorenzo Wilson.
She leaves to cherish fond memories with: her husband, La- mont Baldwin; daughter, Lamyjah Baldwin; son, Lamont Baldwin, Jr.; sister, Tina Strong; brother, Ralph English, Jr.; father, Ralph English; aunts, Loreli Gibson and Linda Evans; uncles, Cornelius Anderson and Gilbert Sutton; nephew, Jovarous Lundy; cousins, Jowanna Hunter (who she raised as her daughter), Tina Gibson, Arthur Thompson, Sr., Gretiona Thompson, Freddie Jeffery, Gre- veana Thompson, Arneasha Thompson, Arthur Thompson, Jr., McGill Gibson, the Buie family, David Robinson, Hardy Robinson, Davisha Robinson, David Robin- son, Jr., Grady family, Datieana Larry, Arquone Thompson, Eu- gene Williams and Maurice Owens; a host of devoted friends, including Trenecia Young, Amare Holloway, Star Bradshaw, Kris- tine McFarland and other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, March 6, 2020, at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 5 – 8 p. m. with the family present to receive friendsfrom5–6p.m.inthe chapel.

WASHINGTON
MR. TIMOTHY THOMAS
Funeral services for Mr. Timothy Thomas, who passed away on Febru- ary 26, 2020, will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020, 11:30 a. m., at St. An- drews Episcopal Church, 509 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, with Father Victor Thomas presiding.
Mr. Timothy Thomas was born in Tampa, Florida on September 9, 1931, to the late Reginald and Hilda Lewis-Thomas, immigrants from Ja- maica, West Indies. In 1926, the Thomas Family moved to Tampa, where Timothy attended various public schools and graduated from Middleton High School.
After graduation, Timothy joined the United States Army and served several years, fought in the Korean War and was honorably discharged. He then matriculated to Bethune- Cookman College (now University) after his commitment was fulfilled with the Army and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Phys- ical Education, and later earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Tampa.
In 1959, he married his high school sweetheart, Dorothy Odom- Thomas, and was a lifelong member of St. James Episcopal Church (House 0f Prayer), and was an active, committed member of the church choir which he loved so very much: singing baritone.
Timothy was a man of many tal- ents and abilities. He loved music and could sing and played several in- struments. Tim was in the band in high school and college, playing trombone and percussion. He was a classroom educator for many years and was well-known as “Coach Thomas” and was also a Driver’s Ed- ucation instructor.
“Coach” was considered one of the greatest coaches in the history of African-American males in Tampa during the 1960s and 1970s. Timothy coached football and track and field, where he committed countless hours and effort to many.
Timothy’s employment always in some way enhanced the community. He pledged Kappa Alpha Psi Frater- nity, Incorporated at Bethune-Cook- man, Gamma Theta Chapter, 1956, and was active in the fraternity for many decades. Timothy was a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sister organization, where he mentored young African-American males, and was an active participant in voter’s registration, campaign support and polling. Timothy was also a business owner, licensed in insurance, securi- ties and investments, worked for the City of Tampa, the Urban League and was even appointed to head up the Community Relations Youth Board – Youth Services Division, which taught young adults how to help other youth towards employment and business ownership. Community was so very important to Timothy.
Timothy loved his family with all his heart and he leaves to cherish his memory: wife of 60 years, Dorothy Odom-Thomas; daughter, Karla Thomas-Martin; and son, Timothy
Ramon Thomas; grandsons, Alfred Timothy Martin and Austin Alfred Martin.
Timothy is preceded in death by: his parents, Reginald and Hilda Thomas; brothers, Victor, James and Albert Thomas; sisters, Lillie Thomas-McCall, Josephine Thomas- Pottinger, Marie Thomas-Parham; nephews, James R. T. Thomas; nieces, Valerie Walters, Helen Thomas-Starling, and Eddie Mae Ford.
He is also survived by: siblings, Louise Thomas-Waiters (Frank, de- ceased), Eugene Thomas (Zanie Lou, deceased), Tony Washington, Sr.; goddaughter, Stephanie McCall; godsons, Tyrone Granderson Jones and Robert Scott, Jr; sister-in-law, Ernestine Bronson; and a host of nieces and nephews, Morris Parham, Denise Parham, Gail Parham-Taylor (Roddick), Eddie Parham, Helen Starling (Rudolph), James “Reggie” Thomas, Linda Thomas, Sharon Thomas (George), Erica Jordan (Sandon), Edward Mc- Call, Jr. (Zella), Norma Reese (Ernest), Eddie Mae Ford, Stephanie McCall, Sandra McCall-Sims, Donna McCall-Powell (Ahmal), Ronald Mc- Call, Morris Parham, Denise Parham, Gail Parham-Taylor (Rod- dick), Eddie Parham, Albert “Tommy” Thomas, Jr., Richard Thomas (Stephanie), John Thomas (Karen), Victor Thomas (Nicole), Anita Roberson (John), Mozelle Mc- Duffie (Patrick), Frank Waiters, Jr., Phyllis Waiters, Tammy Waiters- Brooks (Michael), Valerie Waiters, Linda McCarter (David), Darlene Wright (Willie), Rhonda McCarter (Michael), Kathy Davis (Samuel), Eugene Thomas, Jr. (Neva); cousins and friends.
Timothy loved fishing, golfing, classic jazz, African music, and es- pecially reggae. But of all the many interests and accomplishments, the most important was that he was a Christian and he led his family to be the same. Timothy was saved and sanctified.
The visitation will be held at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., from 6-8 p. m., Friday, March 6, with the ritual service for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incor- porated, to follow at 8 p. m.
The committal service will be held Monday, March 9th, at the Florida National Cemetery in Bush- nell Cemetery, with Military Honors.

MS. EMMA LEE KING
A Homegoing Service for Ms. Emma Lee King, who passed away February 27, 2020, will be held Sat- urday, March 7, 2020 at 2 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Otis Cooper officiating.
Ms. Emma Lee King born Octo- ber 15, 1948, in Allendale, S. C., to John and Elizabeth King.
She has three brothers, Robert Lee King, Samuel Lee King (both de- ceased) and John Edward King; two half sisters, Barbara and Ethel Bai- ley.
Emma was once married to Sam- mie Maze. She was a Crossing Guard, School Bus Driver, Bartender, and a great Hair Dresser. She was an inac- tive Eastern Star (Loving Princess Chapter). Emma lived in Florida for over 47 years, most of that time was in Tampa, where she met Herman Telfair, Jr. (deceased).
She leaves behind: four kids, Timothy King, Shantalette Powell, Kenandrae Telfair and step-daugh- ter, Alicia Evans; grandkids: Tim- othy King, Jr., Shantray Mack, Timisha Mack, Mique Moore, Kenan- drae Telfair, Jr., Kenaris Telfair, Charles Telfair, Alexisa Telfair; nieces and nephews, way too many to name all of them; close friends: god- mother, Willie Mae Moore (de- ceased), Peggie McNeil (deceased), Patty Ann Young-Blood; sisters-in- law, best friends, Johnny Mae Spencer, Veronica Rodriguez and Diana Sept, Nicole McNeil (niece), Wonder Faye (daughter-in-law), Lonnie McCall and Terrace Blackwell (special friends).
Friends and family will assemble at 1:45 P. M. on Saturday at the Har- mon Funeral Home.

MRS. MINNIE JEWEL DAVIS
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Minnie Jewel Davis, who was called to rest on Thursday, February 13, 2020, will be held on Saturday, March 7th, at 1 p.m., at Church of Christ, Southside, 6411 12th Avenue, South, Tampa, FL 33619. The repast will follow shortly after the services at the church building.
Mrs. Minnie Jewel Davis was born August 9, 1953, in Albany, GA as the 8th of 13 siblings.
She was preceded in death by: her father, David Porter (2011); mother, Bessie Lee Porter (2017); brother, Robert Lee Porter (1988); sister, Nettie Mae Alice Dennis (2019); 2 sisters-in-law, Corrine Porter (2011), and Margaret Porter (1990).
Minnie graduated from Middle- ton High School. After graduation, Minnie attended Hardin and Southwestern Christian College, where she graduated on October 18, 1975. It was during this time that she met Willie Davis. Minnie and Willie were married in Tampa, FL, and shortly after, they moved to Louisiana. From this union came a handsome son, David Davis, and a beautiful daughter, Lesley (Davis) Moore.
Minnie was a devout Christian and supported her husband, Willie, in the congregation where he serves as Minister. She worked many tireless years as an educator for children with special needs and with Children and Families.
She was a strong family sup- port and always offered words of inspiration and encouragement to everyone that she met.
Minnie leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted husband, Willie Davis; son, David Davis; daughter, Lesley (Dondrick) Moore; 6 sisters, Mattie James Betty (Freddie) Warren, Bessie Carradine, Nadine Williams, De- lores (Leonard) Johnson, and Addie (Robert) White; 4 brothers, David Porter, Jr., Charles (Frankie) Porter, Marvin (May Jean) Porter, and Russell (Tarke- sha) Porter; niece, Sara Porter, nephew, Jimmy Porter, whom were raised by Bessie and David Porter, Sr., and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mr. Joseph A. White, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on February, 21, 2020. He attended public schools in Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Middleton High School.
Funeral Services were held in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday, February 29, 2020.
