MRS. KAREN LYNN PUTNAM
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Karen Lynn Putnam of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019, will be held Thursday, Sep- tember 19th, 5 to 7 p. m., at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
Karen Lynn Putnam was born June 27, 1960 in Cherry Point, North Carolina. She en- joyed playing dominoes, going to the beach and living life to the fullest.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Katie Putnam; grandmother, Eva Bell; sister, Lashawn Putnam and a host of others.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her daugh- ter, Tavona Putnam; grandsons, Raheem Bryant and Jesse Brown, III; granddaughter, Lashawnteona Brown; great- grandchildren, Rayona Kelly, DaKari Bryant and RaKeiri Bryant; father, James Putnam; brothers, Lorenzo Putnam and Craig Putnam; sisters, Janice Putnam and Mary Boyd; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; best friend, Sirnita Armwood; A1 day 1 cousin, Marylin Rushing.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Thurs- day, September 19th from 5 to 7 p. m.

MS. VANESSA GALLMON
Ms. Vanessa Gallmon of Tampa passed away Friday, Sep- tember 6, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Wednesday, September 18, at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Minister Shephard, offici- ating.
Ms. Vanessa Gallmon was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida, where she was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, James T. Gall- mon and Mamie Hood Gallmon; brothers, Felix Gallmon and Steve Gallmon.
She leaves to cherish her memory: siblings, Lucinda Hood, Marteel Hood-Smith, Theresa Gallmon, James Gall- mon and Terry Williams (Clarence); uncle, Floyd Youman; nieces, Monique Hughes (Corneilus), Jamesha Gallmon and NeAnni Gallmon; nephews, Kareem Hunter, An- thony Hill, James Gallmon, Jr., Terrance Gallmon, Jamar Gall- mon, and Clarence Williams, Jr.; and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special mentions to Eckerd Allen, and Ophera Robinson.
The remains will repose from 9 a. m. until service time (11 a. m.) Wednesday morning at Ray Williams Funeral Home.

Woman Charged With Stalking Ex-Boyfriend
A 25-year-old woman was arrested Friday and charged with stalking her ex-boyfriend. She is a former employee of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Ms. Megan Jaquiss pre- viously worked as a Child Pro- tective Investigator trainee. She was arrested last Friday.
According to police, be- tween October of 2018 and September 11, 2019, Ms. Jaquiss sent her ex-boyfriend hundreds of harassing text messages and accessed multi- ple online accounts in the vic- tim’s name without his consent for the purpose of harassment.
She allegedly used cellphone apps to disguise her number to make it appear as though text messages and phone calls were coming from other telephone numbers.
Ms. Jaquiss filed false complaints online to the Pasco

County government reporting that the victim had committed acts of animal cruelty and noise violations, which she knew to be untrue.
During the month of Au- gust, Ms. Jaquiss also used the victim’s personal informa- tion to file a job application on- line with a plumbing company for the sole purpose of annoy- ing and harassing him.
Ms. Jaquiss was charged with stalking, sending threat- ening or harassing telephone calls, harassment by use of personal identification and accessing a computer or elec- tronic device without author- ity.
Man Charged With DUI In Fatal Hit And Run
FRANK JOSEPH FISCHER
A 35-year-old man was ar- rested early Monday in connec- tion with a fatal accident. The accident took place shortly after 1 a.m., on Interstate 75 north of Gibsonton Drive.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Frank Joseph Fischer, of Tampa, was driving a 1999 Ford F250. The unidentified deceased driver was operating at Suzuki GXSR Motorcycle. Both were heading southbound in different lanes.
Investigators said Fischer failed to observe the motorcycle and struck it from behind. The driver was ejected from the ve- hicle and the motorcycle burst into flames. The driver, a 23- year-old man from Riverview, died at the scene.
After the collision, Fischer is alleged to have fled the scene. He was located a short time later at the Lowe’s, 10425 Gib- sonton Drive, in Riverview.
Fischer was charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident involv- ing death. He was transported to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he was being held with- out bond.
