Family Asks For Help To Solve Murder Of 18-Year-Old Man
Woman Jailed For Distributing Drugs Linked To Death
Tampa Man Injured In Drive-By Shooting
An East Tampa man was injured by gunfire early Fri- day. He is expected to recover from his injuries.
According to the Tampa Police Department, officers arrived in the 3600 block of E. Comanche Avenue, and discovered the unidentified victim had been shot in the ankle. The victim told police that he was shot by someone driving by in a car.
The victim was trans- ported to Tampa General Hospital for treatment.
He described the vehicle as being a light blue Infiniti SUV, and said it fled east- bound. Police located the ve- hicle and the suspect near
3600 block of E. Comanche
29th Street and E. McBerry Avenue.
Police said the case does not appear to be a random act and all parties involved have been identified.
Detectives are still seeking

The family of an 18-year- old killed last week is asking the public for help in solving the murder. The young man died after police responded to an accident and found him suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police had responded to the 2700 block of E. 18th Av- enue, in reference to shots being fired on March 20th, shortly after midnight. They located the victim, identified as Talance Callins, of Tampa, sitting in his vehicle at the intersection of N. 25th Street and E. 18th Avenue. The vehicle had crashed into a tree and the engine was still running.
The investigation shows that Callins was driving westbound on E. 18th Ave., in his vehicle. Upon reaching the intersection of N. 27th St., unknown suspects shot at his vehicle several times.
Callins was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.

Tampa Man Dies Of Apparent Suicide In Pinellas County Jail
A 26-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a drug-related death. A criminal complaint was un- sealed by the federal govern- ment last week.
The criminal complaint charges Ms. Kimberly Fleer, of Tampa, with con- spiracy to distribute and pos- session with intent to distribute a mixture and sub- stance containing heroin and fentanyl. If convicted, she is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison.
According to the news re- lease, on November 2, 2019, Ms. Fleer sold a victim a con- trolled substance that con- tained fentanyl. The victim injected the substance, and died. The victim was discov- ered by his daughter unre- sponsive in their residence.
The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s Office de- termined that the victim’s cause of death was fentanyl, heroin and oxycodone intoxi- cation.
Between November 6, and November 8, 2019, after learn- ing of the victim’s death, Ms. Fleer continued to distribute heroin, and fentanyl through- out the Middle District of Florida.
A trial date has not been set.
A 30-year-old Tampa man apparently took his own life while in the Pinellas County Jail, 14400 49th Street North, Clearwater. He was originally booked into the facility shortly before 10:30 p.m., Tuesday.
Kyle Anthony Bilunka
was found unresponsive shortly before 11 a.m., last Friday. Bilunka was discov- ered inside of his assigned housing area in the jail.
According to police, shortly before 11 a.m., deten- tion staff found him unre- sponsive in the shower of his housing area. He was found with a ligature around his neck from items readily available to him in his cell.
Detention staff called fire rescue and he was trans- ported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced de- ceased shortly before noon.
KYLE ANTHONY BILUNKA
Detectives say Bilunka died from what appears to be self- inflicted injuries.
He was arrested on March 24th, on five felony violation of probation charges that originated out of Brevard County. He was not charged locally and was waiting to be transported back to Brevard County.
