Man Pleads Guilty To Killing Pregnant Woman, Inmate
Woman Charged
A 42-year-old Largo man pleaded guilty to two mur- ders last week. He was sen- tenced to life in prison.
According to court docu- ments, Charles Groucho Allen pleaded guilty to the two murders in exchange for a life sentence.
In December 2017, Allen was arrested and charged with the murder of Eliza- beth Rosado, a 30-year-old pregnant mother. She was killed while riding in a car with a family.
When her husband at- tempted to pass a car in front of them that had stopped in the roadway, Allen is alleged
hicle he was riding in.
One of the bullets struck
Mrs. Rosado in the head. He faced two murder charges in the case because Florida law allows for a second count of murder for killing an un- born child.
In June 2018, Allen is ac- cused of punching James Sutcliff Mills during an ar- gument while they were in the same pod of the Pinellas County Jail.
Allen is alleged to have punched Mills, causing him to fall and his head hit the concrete floor. He was left in a vegetative state. He later died, police said.

According to court docu-

When the packages ar- rived and were placed in Huntington’s control, Huntington would scan the packages as delivered to the addresses, and then turn them over to his co-conspira- tors for further distribution of the marijuana.
