Although it has only been 2 months since the 2019, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Pa- rade was held, planners of the event are already gearing up for the 2020 event.
The Dr. Martin Luther King Parade Foundation is beginning activities associ- ated with the 2020 Tampa parade as of this week. Next year’s parade will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020 and will travel the same route from Cuscaden Park to Mid- dleton High School as in pre- vious years.
The new parade applica- tion is on line (www.mlkjrpa- rade.com) and has also been emailed to parade partici- pants from the past two years. The Parade Foundation would like to extend its sin- cere thanks to all who have participated in past years and would like to remind every- one that the sooner you sub- mit your application, the better your parade position.
“The Parade Foundation is also beginning plans for our
