Former WWE Wrestler James 'Kamala' Harris Dies At 70
JAMES HARRIS
Former WWE wrestler James Harris has died at age 70, according to a news release from the wrestling company.
Harris, who performed in the ring as Kamala, made his WWF debut in 1984, according to WWE's website.
In a career that spanned more than two decades, Har- ris battled many of wrestling's superstars, including Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker and Andre the Giant, ac- cording to the release.
"He terrorized opponents and thrilled audiences in Mid- South, World Class Champi- onship Wrestling, WCW and WWE until 2006," the WWE said. His character, Kamala, was promoted as a 6-foot-7, 350-pound "Ugandan Giant."
A cause of death for Harris was not given.
Was 'Competitive' At
The Broncos were left without much experience after right tackle Ja'Wuan James opted out of the 2020 season because of COVID-19 concerns, and took a step to- ward finding some Sunday.
The team announced they brought in former Bucca- neers tackle Demar Dotson for visit.
The 34-year-old Dotson has started 106 games in his 10-year career, including 15 last year for the Bucs.

The Western Conference is going to feature a play-in battle for the final playoff spot in this unusual season, and the NBA announced the official schedule for the one- or two-game series.
DEMAR DOTSON
He’d have to pass a series of COVID-19 tests and a physical before he could sign.
Tiger Woods felt he had cause for optimism after card- ing a 3-under 67 in his final round at the PGA Champi- onship, although he was a long way short of title con- tention.
The 15-time major cham- pion was out of the running in San Francisco heading into Sunday's last 18 holes after consecutive 72s left him 2 over par for the week.
There was improvement from Woods as the tourna- ment came to a close, how- ever, as he carded three birdies across the first seven holes.
Although a bogey followed at the eighth, the American made two more gains on the back nine before finishing in disappointing fashion with five at the par-4 18th.
Woods' best score of the week meant he was eight shy of Dustin Johnson as the leaders prepared to head out.
"What I got out of this week is that I felt I was com-
TIGER WOODS petitive," Woods said.
"If I would have made a few more putts on Friday early on, and the same thing with Saturday, I feel like would have been right there with a chance come today.”
Collin Morikawa
bested the strongest field in golf to win the 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Hard- ing Park.
Such was the case throughout Morikawa's final round Sunday in which he fired a dazzling 6-under- par 64 to claim the year's first major at 13-under-par, two shots ahead of Dustin John- son and Paul Casey.
 NBA Announces
Western Conference
Sha- keemah Simmons-Win- ter of ESPN, ABC will air the first game between the Nos. 8 and 9 seeds on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET. If the No. 8 seed wins, it will advance to the playoffs to face the top-
seeded Los Angeles Lakers. However, there will be a second game Sunday if the No. 9 seed wins, which ESPN will air at 4:30 p.m. ET. If there is a second game, it will be a winner-take-all affair for
that last postseason spot. While there have been plenty of intriguing storylines at Walt Disney World Resort during the seeding games, in- cluding the emergence of T.J. Warren, the battle for LA between the Lakers and Clippers and teams battling for positioning in the stand- ings, the race for the Western Conference's final playoff
spot looms as the biggest. The Memphis Grizzlies have seen their grip on the No. 8 seed collapse with a 1-5 record through six games in
Florida.
They are just one game
ahead of the Portland Trail
According to
DAMIEN LILLARD
Blazers and three or less games ahead of the Phoenix Suns, San Antonio Spurs, New Orleans Pelicans and Sacramento Kings. Entering the league's restart, the rule was put in place the No. 9 seed had to be within four games of the No. 8 seed to force the play-in tournament following eight seeding games for each team.
That means the race for the No. 9 seed is just as im- portant with so many teams still alive with a handful of games remaining. Only one can challenge the eventual No. 8 seed for that final spot.
Portland would pose a challenge to the Lakers in the first round with a dynamic backcourt of Damian Lil- lard, CJ McCollum and Gary Trent, Jr. to go with a healthier frontcourt featuring Jusuf Nurkic and Zach Collins.
