Mr. Barker was preceded in death by: maternal great grand- mothers, Annie L. Brown Paige, Marie “Big Ma” Carter; paternal grandfather, Jerome Barker and paternal great grandmother, Fannie Barker.
He soared above and was a blessed child born to mother, Queen Udora Carter; stepfather, Lumumba; and father, Antouin Barker, Sr.; his siblings (to live and let live his legacy), his one and only sister, “Diamonique “Diamond” Keaton; brothers (his soldiers), Anthony “Tony” Wor- thy (Shae), Isaiah Toman and his baby brother, (fraternal twin), Antouin Barker, II; his maternal grandmother (trailing behind to triumph), Nancy Carter “Nana” Brown; and paternal grand- mother, Margaret Barker; grand- father, James “Champ” Carter; paternal great grandmother, Margaret Morgan; uncles, Mario Preston, James “Champ” Carter, Jr., Billy McPhaul, II, Joshua Carter, Keith Barker and a host of other uncles, great uncles, and aunts including, Crystal Carter, Miracle Barker and a village of other special aunts; a plethora of great aunts; nephew, Carter T. Worthy; niece, A’lecia Worthy “Unc-Unc;” an army of maternal and paternal cousins including, Noah, Ishine, JJ, Ced, Dre, Boss, Lil Bill, Maliyah, Ja’Lexia, Ashanti, Danielle and Brandon; godmother, Bridgette Maloy; god brother, Lorenzo “Bookie” Little; god sister, Careshia King; front line brotherhood, Cornelious “Wook” Green, Michael Quick, Sebastian “Tanka” Pascal, Trayquan “Trae 8” Moore, Tymik James, Damion “D30” Roberts, Tavion Robertson, Antwan Robinson, Klaymone Smith and Tykese “Paul” Franklin.
Once Kez made a connection, he showed affection and left a lasting impression. A host of many other close family and friends are mourning his demise.
There will be a viewing on Friday January 29, 2021, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida. DEACON LEONARD LYNN, SR.
A Celebration of Life Grave- side Service for Deacon Leonard Lynn, Sr., who departed on Jan- uary 18, 2021, will be held Fri- day, January 29, 2021, 11 a. m., at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa.
The wake and visitation service will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021, at the Center For Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Tampa. The Wake Service is 5-7 p. m., and the Visitation will be 7-8 p. m.
Deacon Leonard Lynn, Sr. was born in Eufaula, AL, on Sep- tember 20, 1940, to Mr. Norton and Emma (Corbitt) Lynn.
Since 1959, Deacon Lynn was a devoted member of St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Churh under the leader- ship of Reverend Dr. Flagger G. Hilton, and later under the lead- ership of Reverend Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr. He served in Choir #1, Choir #2, Choir #3 (Young Adult) and the Male Chorus, and was a member of the Brotherhood. Also, Mr. Lynn served on the Usher Boards and served as a Deacon. Mr. Lynn attended school in Ha- vana, FL.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Norton and Emma Lynn, Mary D. Lynn (Bonus Mom); brothers, James Lynn, John Lynn, Joe Lynn, and James Bryant; sisters, Nancy (Lynn) Jones, Flora (Lynn) Bell, Lula Mae Clark; spouses, Carrie (Myrick) Lynn and Mary (Ford) Lynn.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: a loving and devoted wife, Veronica (Tyus) Lynn; children, Timothy Myrick, Terry Myrick, Leonard Lynn, Jr., Ed- ward Ford, Tonya Lynn-Smiley (Alfred), Angela Wilfalk (Mark), Jermaine Lynn, Vanessa Price, Truth Price (Jolanda), Doris Stoudemire, Vivian Herndon (Robert) and Sergio Stoudemire; siblings, Pauline Williams-Norwich, Lalar Hos- ton, Robert Lynn (Anna Ruth), Val Lynn, Mary Hunter (William), Winnie Faye Jones, Annie Doris Yancey (Willie) and Irene Green (Timothy) and Lee and Gloria Lawson (Bonus brother/sister); godson, Andre Edwards; 30 loving grandchil- dren, 20 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, broth- ers and sisters-in-law, many ex- tended family members; and

MR. JIMMIE LEE REED
Mr. Jimmie Lee Reed passed away on January 24, 2021. A Cel- ebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 30th, 2021 at 2 p. m. at Exciting Faith Alive Church, 5705 E. 32nd Av- enue, Tampa, Florida, with Pas- tor Antonio Hawkins, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the U. S. Army Honor Guards.
Mr. Jimmie Lee Reed was born on February 11, 1939, to the union of Abraham Reed and Gladys Ford.
Mr. Reed attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Middleton High School. He served in the U. S. Army and received an Honor- able Discharge.
After serving in the U. S. Army, Mr. Reed retired from Winn Dixie Warehouse, and the Senior Citizen Community of Tal- lahassee, Florida.
He was a member of New Hope P.A.C. under the leadership of Pastor Rodney N. Smith in Crawfordville, Florida. Mr. Reed loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, traveling, and watch- ing WWE Wrestling. His favorite Bible scripture was Psalm 23.
Mr. Reed was preceded in death by: both of his parents, Abraham Reed and Gladys Ford; his wife, Dorothy R. Reed; daugh- ter, Toni F. Reed; brothers, Wal-
ter Reed, Sr., Frank Ford and Rudy Ford; sisters, Pearlie Jack- son and Margie Smith; nieces, Linda Jackson and Donna Wilson; nephews, Alphonso Jackson, Wal- ter Reed, Jr. and Tony Young- blood.
Mr. Reed leaves to cherish fond and loving memories of him with: his son, Bruce C. MR. ZAIKE LE’CEDRIC BARKER
Funeral services for Mr. Zaike Le’Cedric Barker will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 1 p.m., at Fullfilling God’s Purpose, 501 S. Five-Star General, Zaike “Kez” Barker was called home by order of His Creator, the Right- eous Judge, The Most High God on January 18, 2021 for justice.
Kez, 21, was a born leader/legend native of Tampa, Florida. Mr. Barker was born on June 21, 1999. He grew up in the “Delta” of Palm River, Florida. He later relocated to St. Peters- burg, Florida. Mr. Barker at- tended King High School until he completed his junior year. He furthered his education later.
As a true soldier/warrior, “Kez” was a cheerful giver and he waged war starting at an early age. Thru his pain, anger and frustrations of life as a young Black King, he adopted the name “Copk”. Zaike beat many odds, broke free from many chains, ac- complished personal goals and had many gains. From Juvenile to Justice, he led and he soared. Kez was a visionaire, a true ex- ample of Habakkuk 2:2-3. He loved and played sports.
Mr. Barker was musically in- clined and had a heart and pas- sion for music. He also had a heart for God’s people. He be- came a local rapper, business owner, an operator, writer and author. He was the owner and operator of Third Eye Clothing. He showed off his God-given tal- ents, strengths, gifts and abilities. He was a living example of “love never fails,” 1 Corinthians 12:8. He was a chess master and his smile of strength will forever be remembered. Loyalty before dis-
