Woman Files $10M Civil Suit For Rape Against Russell Simmons
Rick Ross Asks Court To Silence His Ex On Social Media
Rick Ross and his baby mama, Tia Kemp.
A woman identified only as Jane Doe is suing Def Jam founder Russell Sim- mons for $10 million, alleg- ing he raped her after a concert she attended in Sacra- mento with her elementary- school-age son.
In a suit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, the woman claims that Sim- mons approached her during the concert and invited her and her son to come backstage to meet some of the Def Jam

artists.
The music industry veteran
extended an invitation for the woman to join him at an “after
party” at his hotel, now-closed Clarion, after she dropped off her son at home with a babysitter.
According to the suit, they socialized at the hotel bar, went together to the CoCo Palm nightclub and returned to his hotel — with the intent, she said, of continuing their conversation, according to the complaint. Simmons invited the woman to his room, claim- ing he had no interest in hav- ing sex.
Rick Ross is looking to shut down his ex's social media accounts to prevent her from calling him out online, over child support issues.
Tia Kemp is well known for dissing Rozay, whether it's siding with his enemies like 50 Cent, writing a book, or going directly to social media to call out "The Bawse.”
Rick, born William Leonard Roberts, II, re- cently filed court documents seeking to have Tia's social
media accounts suspended. Tia recently took Ross to court, in an attempt to secure more child support from the rapper. As the case drags on Tia, has done her share of dragging the rapper on the In-
ternet.
The Florida rap star is ask-
ing the judge to make Tia hire a third-party to review all of her social media posts before they are made public, to en- sure she cannot do any more damage to his reputation.

15th Lawyer Has Quit Suge Knight’s Case
Suge Knight's bid for freedom has been delayed again since the rapper needs a new lawyer to represent him.
Suge is looking at mur- der and attempted murder charges for running over Terry Carter and Cle “Bone” Sloan during a fight at a burger stand in Los Angeles in January of 2015.
Friday during a hearing, Suge's trial was pushed back again, after his 15th lawyer, Dominique Banos, abruptly resigned, citing a conflict of interest.

was due to start on April 9th. Suge, who has been impris- oned for over three years, seems to be irritated over the drama engulfing his trial.
In addition to suffering multiple strokes while being locked up, his ex-fiance was hit with a three-year prison sentence for leaking a video of the crime scene.
And, more recently two of Suge's attorneys were ar- rested and indicted for brib- ing witnesses, while producers for a BET series received grand jury subpoe- nas just for interviewing the fallen mogul.
