Floyd Mayweather Has Made Around

FLOYD MAYWEATHER
Floyd Mayweather’s Mansion
Crawling on the floor after a loose ball, LeBron James gathered himself and quickly got to his feet. He stood tall, and so did the Cavaliers.
James had 32 points and 11 rebounds, Kyrie Irving added 30 points and Cleve- land, pushed for 48 minutes by a delirious, championship- starved crowd, hammered the Golden State Warriors 120-90 in Game 3 on Wednesday night to pull within 2-1 in the NBA Finals.
On their home floor, where they have been dominant all postseason, the Cavs recov- ered from a 33-point loss in Game 2 and yanked their sea- son from the brink of disaster following back-to-back blowouts in the Bay Area.
"We finally got back to our game," said James, whose energy from the start electri- fied 20,000 fans, and most importantly his teammates. "It was a good flow, a collec- tive team win."
The Cavs did it without starting forward Kevin Love, with little help from their bench and by keeping Stephen Curry penned in.
The league's MVP was mostly MIA, scoring 19 points
Maybe-not-retired boxer and very rich person Floyd Mayweather is also some- thing of a prophetic gambler, based on two Instagram posts flaunting his recent basketball gambles.
In two wagers, May- weather netted more than $280,000, all for betting on the success of the Golden State Warriors.
In the first, the boxer put down $170,000 on Golden State pulling the Oklahoma City Thunder into a Game 7 for the Western Conference Finals.
When the Warriors proved his prediction correct, May- weather won $391,000 for a total profit of $221,000.
In the second bet, May- weather wagered that the Warriors would be up by half- time in Game 1 against the Cleveland Cavaliers, which took place on June 2. He threw
down $70,000 and won that one too, landing himself a win of $133,636.36.
Floyd Mayweather Bought A $7.7 Million Miami Beach Mansion with Straight Cash
Floyd Mayweather Jr. is that guy who still carries cash—you know, just in case.
Say, for instance, he needs to buy a multimillion-dollar mansion in Miami Beach but is out of checks. Better to be pre- pared, right?
The still-retired welter- weight boxer dropped $7.7 million on his new 5,200- square-foot home—which he paid for in full with cash.
The "Money" crib is equipped with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a floating staircase, and formal living and dining rooms.
LEBRON JAMES
-- two in the first half -- on 6- of-13 shooting. Harrison Barnes scored 18 and Klay Thompson 10 for the War- riors, who had won seven straight over Cleveland -- the first two final games by a com- bined 48 points -- and came back to the birthplace of rock and roll looking to party like
they did after winning the title in Quicken Loans Arena last year.
The Cavs, though, have made this a series after it ap- peared the Warriors were on the fast track to another crown.
James had called it "do or die" for Cleveland.
