SPOTLIGHT
KIARA
The Spotlight feature for this week is the lovely Kiara. It’s been a long time since a feature with natural beauty has been spotlighted, and what better choice than this young woman Kiara is very comfortable in front of the camera, and has a burning desire to be successful. She loves to have fun, and she says she’s very easy to work with. Congratulations to Kiara for appearing as this week’s Spotlight feature.

In partnership with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, Jack- son Heights Neighborhood Association & Crime Watch adopted North 34th Street.
"It is one of the most trav- eled streets in our neighbor- hood and also one of the most unkempt,” states Fran Tate, President of the Association. “It is not unusual to see empty beer cans, broken liquor bottles, used styro-
foam containers, beverage cups, dirty diapers, old clothes and shoes along the way,” expressed Ms. Tate.
Without hesitation the as- sociation has taken on the task of quarterly clean ups to restore beauty and promote pride.
Clean-ups start at the in- tersection of E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and N. 34th St., and will terminate at
the intersection of N. 34th St. and Columbus Dr.
“We are asking the com- munity to support us in this effort. Dates and times of fu- ture street clean ups will be announced in the Sentinel.
"Lastly, Jackson Heights is a community of great neigh- bors;itisuptoallofus
to take pride in the streets within our community!", stated Ms. Tate.
