Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival And Entrepreneur's Collaborative Center Host Financial Workshop
Workshop will focus on, Strategies of Property In- vestment: Learn to Acquire Properties like an Investor
The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival and the En- trepreneur's Collaborative Center will hold a free work- shop for property investors and aspiring investors and provide professional knowl- edge to participants on: Strategies of Property In- vestments: Learn to Acquire Properties like an Investor.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017, from 10 A. M. to
12:30 P. M., at the Entrepre- neur Collaborative Center (ECC), 2101 East Palm Av- enue (Ybor City), Tampa, 33605. The doors will open at 9:30 A. M., free parking is across the street in the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice parking lot.

workshop: Edward J. Ser- ralles, Licensed Real Estate Broker, located at 2322 N. Highland Avenue in Tampa Heights. The Serralles Group, Inc., for over 20 years has been providing Real Es- tate, Mortgage and Construc- tion services to all of Tampa Heights and Ybor City.
Eddie is a native Florid- ian raised in Tampa, where his family and ancestors have resided since the early 1900s. Like both of his grandparents who started businesses in the early days of Ybor City, Eddie is a born entrepreneur.
His newest venture is The Serralles Training Group, Inc., where he educates and builds investors one person and one property at a time to help make Tampa the next great city.
Participants in this work- shop will be eligible to re- ceive free services by the advisory committee mem- bers of the Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival.
