John Legend And Jesse Williams Team Up For Doc About Olympian Tommie Smith
‘Rush Hour 4’
Nelly Released With No
John Legend and Jesse Williams will do documentary on Olympian, Tommie Smith.
John Legend and "Grey's Anatomy" star Jesse Williams have joined forces to develop a documentary on football player and Olympic gold medalist Tommie Smith.
The two stars are the brains behind "With Drawn Arms," which chronicles Smith's 200-meter sprint win at the Mexico City Olympics in 1968.
A member of the Olympic Project for Human Rights, Smith gained global acclaim
when he and fellow athlete/ac- tivist John Carlos held up their black leather gloved hands to protest civil rights abuses as the National Anthem played.
Smith and Carlos were suspended from the sport and were under constant threat following their symbolic 'black power' gesture, and, for Williams, bringing their story to life means shedding light on a brave moment in American history.
Chris Tucker has to agree to movie #4 in the sequel. He is shown, Jackie Chan and Brett Ratner at “Rush Hour 3” pre- miere in 2007.
A ‘Rush Hour 4′ may be on the way. It’s been over ten years since Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker joined forces for a ‘Rush Hour’ movie and it ap- pears that the green light has been given.
Chan recently explained, Rush Hour you can do any time... Next year! For the last seven years, we’ve been turning down the script, turning down the script, now we just agreed. The script probably at the end of this month will have a second draft and next year, [we’ll] prob- ably start. However, Chan added, if... Chris Tucker agrees.
Chan says that Tucker’s de- cision will most likely come down to scheduling constraints.
It’s not about money! It’s about [having the] time to make. Otherwise, Rush Hour 4 we’re all old men. I tell Chris Tucker, ‘Before we get old, please do Rush Hour 4.’
Nelly has spoken out against the rape claim against him and basi- cally said he’s completely innocent and is a victim of targeting.
In fact, he’s been released from jail and was NOT charged in the wake of of his Saturday morning ar- rest in Washington state. Nelly tweeted the news of his release Sat- urday night.
The St. Louis rapper says he’s be- yond shocked at the “false allega- tion” and is confident he’ll be exonerated once the facts are in.
He says he’s been targeted by the accuser, but apologized to his loved ones for the embarrassment and for putting himself in a bad situation.
He also vows to take legal action against the “defaming claim” and reaffirms he’s not been charged with a crime yet.
Accuser Releases Story To TMZ
The alleged victim is a 21-year- old Seattle resident who claims to have met Nelly at a club. She and some friends were reportedly drinking at his table, got tipsy and left with Nelly’s crew for an after- party.
The woman says she was then taken to Nelly’s tour bus where he tried to have sex with her despite objections. According to the story,
Nelly was arrested after a woman accused him of rape in Seattle.
Nelly told her to “shut up” and said he wanted to have sex without a condom. She refused but he did so anyway.
After the alleged rape took place, she claims Nelly offered her money. When she turned down the offer, another woman approached and told her, “You gotta go.” This unidentified associate of Nelly kicked her off the tour bus and tossed $100 at her.
Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosen- blum, said his client’s accuser has “zero credibility” and is making a “dangerous, fraudulent allegation.”

Good news. Tamar and Tiny Harris have squashed their beef and they are back to being besties again. They'll be kiki'n it up when they head out on "The Great XSCAPE Tour," set to kick off in November.
Meanwhile, a judge has or- dered Tamar's husband, Vince Herbert to cough up $3,738,515.93, after losing a legal battle against Sony.
Sony sued Herbert, claim- ing he started intercepting the money from Interscope in Oc- tober 2015, thereby screwing Sony out of recouping the ad- vance.

Knight, who appeared in court Friday, is accused of killing Terry Carter, 55, out- side Tam's Burgers following an argument on the set of the movie "Straight Outta Comp- ton."
