Homegoing Services for Ms. Valerie G. Dennard, who passed on November 20, 2019, will be held Saturday December 7, 2019, at 1 p. m., at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, with Pastor Leland Johnson, officiat- ing. The committal will be made in the Chapel.
Mrs. Dennard was educated in the Hillsborough County Public School System.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Otis C. Dennard. She leaves to cherish her memories: Lucy Edmonds, mother; 2 children: John Moore, son, and Sheria Ed- wards, daughter; 5 grandchil- dren; 3 brothers: Beryl Dennard, Thomas (Poppa Daddy), McKinley X (Crystal); sister: Sylvia Davis-Alexander (Lyncoln); a host of aunts, un- cles, nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends.

Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Silvan McPherson, who passed away November 17, 2019, will be held Saturday, December 7,2019at3P.M.atHarmonFu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, with Pastor Paul Buster, New Macedonia M. B. Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery.
Silvan McPherson was born in the Parish of St. James, Jamaica, West Indies. He migrated to the United States in 1984 and resided in Tampa, Florida until his pass- ing. Silvan was a well-known and highly respected musician, car- penter, construction-trades pro- fessional and a gifted multi-talented individual. He was very funny at entertaining folk and loved to give jokes. He will be missed by all those who knew him.
Silvan was preceded in death by: Allan McPherson and Ehtlyn McPherson (nee Petrie), a younger brother and a sister, Lithilda “Girley” McPherson- Spence. May their souls rest in peace and may they be granted a place in the coming Kingdom of the Most High God.
Left to cherish his memories are: his wife, Grethel McPherson, who faithfully stuck by him from beginning to end; Princess Hem- mings, the mother of his daugh- ter, Annett; 4 children, i.e., Carlene McPherson (Jamaica), Annett Richards (Trevor) (Tampa), Deran McPherson (Shay) (Plant City), Dwayne McPherson (Shantel) (Dover); 6 grandchildren, i.e., Fitzgerald Richards, Ramone Richards, Trevor Richards, Jr. “TJ,” Trinity McPherson (Tampa), Samantha and Kevin Evans (Jamaica); 4 great-grandchildren, i.e. Kessiah Richards, Fitzgerald Richards, Jr., and Israel Richards, and their mother, Tynesia McDonald, and Sabrina Richards (Tina); 8 broth- ers, i.e., Ryland McPherson (Carol), Virginia, Bryan McPhe- son (Betty), North Carolina), Ryan McPherson (Jamaica), Del- roy McPherson and Seymour McPherson, New York, Dave McPherson, Melford and Garfield McPherson, Jamaica; 5 sisters, i.e., Veronie “Mercy” McPherson, Tampa, Ena McPherson, Merline Mcpherson, Juliet McPherson and Audrey McPherson, Jamaica; 29 nieces and nephews, 21 grand- nieces and grand-nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held this Fri- day evening from 6 to 8 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home.

MRS. SHIRLEY S. SHEPPARD
A Homegoing Memorial Cel- ebration for Mrs. Shirley Shep- pard, who passed away November 19, 2019, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 11 A. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, with Rev. Jeffery Neal, of Christ Is King Min- istries, officiating. The commit- tal will be made by Pastor Jeffery Neal.
Born March 12, 1938 in Charleston, S. C., Shirley has lived in Tampa Bay for over 30 years, after moving here from a life of military deployments. She retired from Tampa General in 2003.
Her husband, Daniel E. Sheppard, Sr., preceded her in death and was a career soldier.
She was a faithful and dedi- cated mother and will surely be missed.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Wilbur and Mar- garet Addison, brothers, Thomas Brannen and Hakim Aquil, and sister Delores Alli- son.
She leaves behind to cherish fond memories: a son, Daniel E. Sheppard; a sister, Joan Thur- mond, and brother, Courtney Brown; grandchildren, Reginald Coles, Katrina Norton, Danielle Sheppard, Sylvia Homer, and Desmond Sheppard; a host of great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other sorrowing rel- atives.

Homegoing Services for Mrs. Geraldine Tolbert, who passed away on November 23, 2019, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 11 a. m., at Cathedral of Faith Church, 6304 North 30th Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, with the Pastor, Apostle J. H. Howell, officiating. Interment will be made on Monday, Decem- ber 9, 2019.
Mrs. Tolbert joins her late husband, Viet-Nam Veteran, Staff Sgt. Rudolph Tolbert, U. S. Army, in Florida National Ceme- tery Bushnell, Florida.
Mrs. Tolbert was preceded in death by: her husband, Rudolph Tolbert; parents, Willie and Lucy Mitchell; 3 sisters, Maude Mitchell, Corella Pearson, and Fay Mitchell; brother, Bobby Saulters.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory: 1 daughter, Tatyana Tolbert; 2 sons, Reginard Tolbert and Harold Tolbert; grand- daughters, Teriana Smith, Jame- riana Williams and Ameria Tolbert; grandsons, Harold Tol- bert, Jr., and Elijah Tolbert; 3 sisters, Alice (John Singleton), Tampa FL; Noreen Mitchell, Georgia; and Darlene Fant, Tampa, FL; 4 brothers, Albert (Mattie) Mitchell, Georgia; Cleve- land Mitchell, Seffner, FL; Harold (Joyce) Mitchell, Tampa, FL; and Stevie Mitchell, Seffner, FL, three aunts, Vandella Durr, Blondie Hickmon, both of High- springs; Sandra Price, Lake City, FL; two uncles, Wayne (Mar- garet) Price, Tampa, FL; Sedric Price of Highsprings; and a host of sorrowing nieces and nephews, Vonda, Rhonda, Fonda, Mark, Paul, Lorenzo, Twanish, Bruce, Wendy, Vickie, Wayne, Casey, Alana, Heath, Tiffany, Lucy, Tony, Sable, Lam- abo, and Shawnta; special friends, Loretta Johnson and Ebony; a host of other grieving family and friends.

MRS. FANNIE MAE SMITH
Mrs. Fannie Mae Smith of Tampa passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019. A Homego- ing Celebration will be held Sat- urday, December 7th at 1 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Karen Jackson Sims, of- ficiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Fannie was a native of Mon- ticello, Florida, where she was educated in the public schools prior to relocating to Tampa, Florida. She later married, An- drew J. Smith, who preceded her in death. At an early age she joined Mt. Zion AME Church, Hyde Park where she served as an Usher and Women’s Mis- sionary until her health began to fail. She worked for National Linen Service for 45 years. When she retired, she loved vis- iting with her family all over the state of Florida.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Josephine Franklin; father, Darnell Bel- lamy; brother, William F. Franklin; one sister, Annie M. Johnson; son, Charles Ennis, Jr.; niece, Lola Gipson; as well as other cherished family mem- bers.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her sons, Willie J. Smith and wife, Nona, and An- thony Smith and Maria, all of El Paso, TX; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Ennis of Jacksonville, FL; a loving sister, Clara B. Spain of Tampa; 13 grandchil- dren; 27 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; a special granddaughter, Wanda K. Spain; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; special nephew, Ronald Franklin; and caregiver, special niece, Denise Wester; special friends, Beulah James, and Alean Engram. A Mother’s Love - lasts forever, But God’s Love is through-out all eternity.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, December 6th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home.
