Of New York $225K In Back Taxes
Tekashi 6ix9ine Accuses Ariana Grande And Justin Bieber Of Buying No. 1 Spot
DMX can’t seem to catch a break. After serving time in federal prison for tax evasion, the State of New York is now reportedly seeking almost $225,000 in back taxes from the Hip Hop legend.
According to Bossip, the state of New York’s Division of Taxation has filed a tax war- rant against X, alleging he owes a total of $224,845 in state income taxes. X has had tax warrants from the state be- fore. In 2018, the state issued a lien against him for $20,030.26 and again in 2014 for $230,409.74.

X’s longtime attorney Murray Richman doesn’t sound too worried about it, noting it isn’t a new set of un- paid taxes.
Tekashi 6ix9ine's latest single did not top the Billboard charts, and he's claiming fraud. The rapper posted a video Mon- day on his verified Instagram ac- count in which he alleged that the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 can be purchased.
At the heart of the dispute is Tekashi 6ix9ine's claim that his new single, "Gooba," re- ceived more streams than Ari- ana Grande and Justin Bieber's duet, "Stuck With U." The rapper believes his song should therefore be in the top

spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but that position went to "Stuck With U," while his "Gooba" came in at No. 3.
So much buzz ensued over the allegations that Billboard published a piece explaining its methodology in calculating who holds what position on the chart. "In an effort towards trans- parency regarding the Hot 100's chart rules and tabulation process -- and the calculations that go into the determinations of its final rankings -- Billboard wanted to clear some things up regarding this week's chart, and the stats accumulated by the two singles that marked its highest debuts," the piece read.
