MS. CONSTANCE D. SPINKS
Funeral Services for Ms. Constance D. Spinks, affec- tionately known as “Connie,” who passed away July 5, 2018, will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 2 p. m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. Rev. Perci- val Brown, Mt. Olive AME Church, officiating.
Connie was born October 7, 1959 to Alza L. Stanislaus and C. David McNeill. She graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School. She later went on to pursue a ca- reer in nursing in 1986 and worked for University Com- munity Hospital until becom- ing disabled.
Connie had a deep love of Jesus and sought to serve and draw closer to him.
Her children and grand- children were the love of her life and she took great care in making sure they were happy.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Alza L. Stanis- laus and C. David McNeill; and stepfather, Emmanuel Stanis- laus.
She leaves to cherish pre- cious memories: devoted step- mother, Emma McNeill; daughter, Klee A. Ball; sons, Don E. McCall, Sr. (Trina), and Lanier A. Murphy; grandchil- dren, Brittany A. Mingo, Don- tavious Mingo, Brandon D. Mingo, Sr., Deionna McCall, Jaelon Ball, Jaeyon Ball, Don E. McCall, Jr., and Dayonee McCall; great grandson, Bran- don D. Mingo, Jr.; brothers, David McNeill (Brandy), Robert Perry, Jr., Otto John- son (Kathy); sisters: Yolanda Doster, Angela Wormack (Ronald); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation for Ms. Con- stance D. Spinks will be this Friday evening from 5-8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home.
The processional will as- semble at 1:45 p. m. at the chapel.

MRS. ELIZABETH KING
Mrs. Elizabeth King of Tampa, departed this life on Fri- day, July 13, 2018. Funeral Serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, July21,at9a.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Rev- erend W. D. Sims of St. Matthew M. B. Church, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Mrs. Elizabeth King was a native of Seminole County, Georgia, and was a resident of Tampa for 50 plus years. She was the eldest daughter of Moodis and Bernice Brackins of Iron City, GA. Mrs. King worked at Bay to Bay Nursing Home for some 20 years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, her two sisters, Eloise Cainion (Tampa) and Juanita Brackins (Iron City, GA); one brother, Arthur Lee Brackins (Tampa) and niece, Denise Thomas.
She leaves to cherish but mourn her memory: her hus- band, Charles King; and two sons, Phillip King and Zachery King of Tampa, Florida; one sister, Lucille B. Chrispen (Willie), Ashburn, VA; two brothers, Henry Lee (Tampa) and Virgil Brackins (Wilma), Pe- tersburg, VA; grandchildren, Phillip King, Jr., (Tampa) and Brittany Kimble (Iron City, GA); two great grandchildren, Zaniah Kimble (Iron City, GA) and Ta- tiana King (Tampa); nephews, Irving Cainion (Sheila) Tampa, Willie Chrispen, Jr., (Loubna), Aldie, VA, and Gregory Reynolds, Sr. (Tampa); nieces, Crystle Chrispen (Ashburn, VA) and Bonnie Mae Cainion (Tampa); and a host of great nieces and nephews, other rela- tives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, July 20th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MRS. HAZEL MOSLEY
Mrs. Hazel Mosley of Tampa, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 21st at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Joseph Jones, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Mem- ories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL.
Hazel was born in Summit, Georgia on April 2, 1927 to her loving parents Mr. William Lanier, Sr. and Mrs. Annie Mae Lanier. Hazel spent her childhood in Georgia, moving to Tampa, Florida in her early teens.
Hazel married Mr. Walter Mosley, Jr. in 1947. They had two daughters, Betty and Cyn- thia Mosley. Ms. Hazel worked for Tropicana Gar- ment for 33 years retiring in 1990. Afterwards, for years she took care of children in her community, babysitting and offering daycare services for friends, family and neigh- bors. Over the years, Hazel made many friends, who be- came family. She was well loved and respected by her neighbors, friends, children and grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
She leaves behind a loving legacy and is survived by: her two daughters, Betty Marbury (Darrell) and Cynthia Felder (Freddie); eight grandchil- dren, Mark Felder (Delcina), Keith Felder (Jennifer), Karen Marbury, Kimberly Felder, Cynthia Marbury, Fred Felder (Nisha), Adrienne Felder, and Brian Felder; great-grandchil- dren, NaTierra, Brandon, Kalea, Brianna, Kylie, Darien, Victoria, Jillian, Saaya, and Rajyn; and great-great grand- children, Zoe and Zavier; and her cousins, Annie Mae Moore and Gwendolyn Johnson An- drews; as well as a host of ex- tended family and close friends.
The family would also like to offer special acknowledge- ments and a thank you to Mrs. Rosita Baker, Mrs. Judy Williams, and Mrs. Laura Williams. Over the last several years these ladies helped take care of Hazel as if she were their own. The Felder and Marbury families are appre- ciative for the love and care they extended their mother and grandmother.

MR. DERRICK RUSS, SR.
Mr. Derrick L. Russ, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 21 at 11 a. m. at Thirty-Fourth Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, Reverend Thomas Scott, Pastor, with Pastor Elvis J. Piggott of Triumphant and De- liverance Cathedral, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Derrick L. Russ, affec- tionately known as “Mickey,” was a lifelong native of Tampa, Florida and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. Mr. Russ was a Auto- motive Painter for Custom Auto- motive Body shop for many years.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Willie Russ, Jr.; grandfathers, Gortrell Mickles and Willie Russ, Sr.; grand- mothers, Corrine Boyd and Kate Russ; and sister, LaShawn Russ.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Car- olyn Boyd Dorce; three daugh- ters, Derrica Russ, Janakia Russ and Lanasia Russ; two sons, Derek Russ, Jr. and Elias Russ; one grandson, Jayceon Moore; grandmother, Yvonne Mickles; brothers, Willie Cleve Russ, Jer- rell Boyd and Jermaine Russ, Sr.; sisters, Lisa Boyd, Helene Russ and TaWanda Russ; god brothers, Frankie Bryant and Charlers Ray Mayhue; aunts, Leacee Mickles “Nette,” Michelle Thomas, Carolyn Mickles, Rhonda Barnum, Gloria Allen, Patricia Hall, Joyce Russ, Mary Gray and Linda Pollen; uncles, Walter Thomas, Eugene Hearn, James Russ, Darrell Russ, Robert Russ, Johnnie Russ, Willie Boone, Leon Boone and Alfonso Boone; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other rela- tives, friends and the “two - four” Community.

MRS. ROSA LEE TRIBLING
Ms. Rosa Lee Tribling of Tampa passed away peace- fully on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Funeral Services will be con- ducted Saturday, July 21, at 2 p. m. at First Union Mission- ary Baptist Church, 3707 E. Chelsea Street, with the Rev- erend B. E. Garmon, Sr., Pas- tor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Rosa Lee Tribling was a lifelong native of the Tampa Bay area. She was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County and was a faithful member of First Union Missionary Baptist Church. Ms. Tribling was em- ployed as a Quality Control Analyst at Singleton Seafood Co. for over 30 years before retirement. She also serviced the children of Hillsborough County Public Schools as a School Crossing Guard before succumbing to her illness ear- lier this year.
Ms. Tribling was a special individual and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was adored by her family and friends and she will be truly missed by all those that loved and cared for her.
She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: one de- voted son, Gerald D. Tribling, Sr. (Mapall); granddaughter, Justice L. Tribling; grandson, Gerald D. Tribling, Jr.; special granddaughter, Mariama Brandon; nieces, Pandora Tri- bling, Kawana Hudson (Char- lie) and Maria Simmons; nephews, Earnest Gallon and Lorenzo McLaurin (Laura); and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, extended family and dear friends.
