Funeral Services for Mr. Arthur Lee Johnson, Jr., will be conducted on Saturday, July 21st, 1 p.m., at Life In Christ Ministry, 9706 N. 26th Street, Tampa, FL. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, in Tampa, FL.
Born June 23, 1960, Mr. Johnson was a native of Tampa. He was the son of Arthur Lee Johnson, Sr., and Mildred John- son. He was educated in the Hillsborough County Public Schools.
“Butch,” as he was known by most, was admired and re- spected by all who knew him and a support to those he loved.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Arthur Lee Johnson, Sr.; his wife, Hope Johnson; sis- ters, Thelma Diane Johnson and Valarie Gail Johnson; uncles, Theodore Johnson, Nathaniel Johnson, and Clayton Wilson, Sr.; and aunt, Mildred Bailey.
He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Nicole John- son (Hanzel), and son, Kerib Webb; grandson, Jae-Nikko Owens; 5 sisters, Brenda Cox Williams, (James), Sandra Sneed, Cynthia Pat Johnson, Dee Dee Smith, (Lance), and Lillie Johnson; uncle, Rudolph McLeod; and aunts, Dorothy David, Veronica Wilson, and Sara Whittington; sisters-in-law, Bernice Igbinosun and Spring Page; brothers-in-law, Virgil Brooks and Howard Webb; nieces, Jacqueline Sampson, Valarie Rolle, Janice Ward (Eddie), Olivia Brooks, LaShawna Johnson, and Victoria Collins (Xavier); nephews, James Jackson (Valerie), Dou- glas Wilder, SirMawn Wilson (Heather), and Virgil Huggins; great nieces and nephews, Wilbert, Eddie, Essence, Zaire, Dana, India, and Jayden; cousins, Barbara, Ronald, Gre- gory, Cheryl, Joycelyn, Albert, Teralyn, Charlene (George), Mil- dred (Carlton), Johnny, Regi- nald, Charlotte, Gwendolyn, Ernestine, Tanya, Wanda, Na- talie, Gayle, Dorothy, Lila, Kathy, Tiffany, (Donald, Jr.,), Nikki (Vaughn), Westley, Theodore, Jr., (Doris), Ricky (Rosalyn), Donald, Horace, Ver- nis, Elder Nathaniel, Johnny (Rebecca), Clayton (Stephanie), Christopher (Venita), Darren (Teresa), Derrick (Janelle), and a host of other cousins and rela- tives. Viola was born September 14, 1952, and was preceded in death by: her mother, Lila Shaw, father, Ester Shaw, and sister Linda Bridges.
