Man Found With Mummified Remains Called Dangerous To Society
NEWARK, N.J. — Prose- cutors called a New Jersey man “dangerous to society” after pieces of a human body were found in his closet, in- cluding a head, part of an arm, and a torso dressed in a necktie and suit jacket.
Robert Williams, of Newark, pleaded not guilty Monday to desecrating human remains and separate charges ofchild sexual abuse. Police initially went to Williams’ home to investi- gate allegations he abused a 12- to 13-year-old boy over several months, but when they searched the apartment they found an altar and

mummified human remains that had apparently been
used in religious ceremonies, according to prosecutors.
The county’s medical ex- aminer has yet to identify the remains, but Assistant Essex County Prosecutor Michael Morris said Monday that they aren’t related to the sex abuse charges.
The remains, found in a plastic bin, “raise the specter of a person out of step with society and dangerous to so- ciety,” Morris told the judge in arguing for detention.
At the conclusion of the brief proceeding, state Supe- rior Court Judge Ronald Wigler ordered Williams held pending trial.

TAWANNA HILLIARD
A former Department of Justice employee is accused of “repeatedly” helping the Bloods street gang protect its interests by exposing inform- ants, CNN reports.
Tawanna Hilliard worked as an administrator for the U. S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, and court documents show that over a period of more than two years, she used her ac-

Hilliards has been charged with six felony counts, each carries a maximum 20-year prison sentence, the report states. She has also been charged with illegally obtain- ing information from a pro- tected government computer.
Quavo Is Selling Sold-Out Popeyes Chicken Sandwiches For $1,000 Each
Quavo is capitalizing off the Popeyes chicken sand- wich mania by selling them for $1,000 a pop.
The fried chicken eatery recently launched its new chicken sandwich on a brioche bun, and the internet went insane, debating if it was better than Chick-fil-A’s signature item. People were so excited about the sand- wich that a number of Popeyes locations around the U. S. sold out of it within days. So Quavo took it upon himself to give the people what they want—but for a

price.
The Migos rapper posted
a clip of himself on Insta- gram, in which he’s selling Popeyes sandwiches out of the trunk of his car. While a sandwich retails for just $3.99, Quavo was (jokingly) selling each for $1,000. “I heard y’all boys was looking for them, they sold out every- where,” he said while open- ing his trunk. “I got them things going for $1,000 a chicken.” He then opened a Popeyes bag full of the chicken sandwiches that everyone’s been lusting over.
