Crack Kingpin Denied Bail Over His Relationship With Cardi B
Jay-Z: ‘It Doesn’t Matter What People Say About My NFL Deal Because I’m Trying To Make Changes’
The internet has been buzzing about Jay-Z’s deal with the NFL. The rapper’s entertainment company, Roc Nation, recently entered into a partnership with the NFL as the league’s entertainment strategist. Some call him a hypocrite for involving him- self with the NFL after pub- licly supporting Colin Kaepernick. Others believe having someone on the inside will actually help to promote change in the organization. Jay-Z explained his reason-
ing at a press conference, say- ing that it doesn’t matter what people say about his deal because he’s been work- ing to make actual change.
New York City’s hip-hop radio station Hot 97 was able to get a hold of previously un- released clips in which Jay-Z goes into detail about the backlash he’s faced. He said it’s okay to be upset with him, but he wants people to know he works every day to fight social injustice, which is
JAY-Z more than many can say.
A member of Cardi B's se- curity team is sitting in jail after he was allegedly caught with a huge amount of crack cocaine.
The cops nabbed Jeffrey Bush last night in Brooklyn after an investigation and he was denied bail because of Cardi B.
According to police, they found over $12,000 worth of crack inside of his apartment when they raided his resi- dence. They also found pills, some weed and $15,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
“Based on the defendant’s profit from just the crack sales ... as well as the celebrity connection with [Cardi B], he has myriad means at his disposal to en- able his flight,” according to investigators.
Police say Bush is a mem- ber of the 5-9 Brims Bloods and during their investiga- tion, they witnessed him sell over 280 grams of crack.
