Chico DeBarge is in trou- ble with the law, again.
The DeBarge family’s younger famous brother has been arrested for drug pos- session.
According to TMZ, the No Guarantee singer/songwriter was arrested in Burbank, CA in a Walmart parking lot after cops saw him trying to unlock an SUV.
Officers reportedly ap- proached and searched the 53-year-old Detroit native, al- legedly finding methamphet- amine on his person.
After he was placed under arrest, cops said drug para- phernalia was also discovered inside of the vehicle, where he accidentally locked his keys.
The former Kedar Enter- tainment crooner was booked at the Burbank City Jail be- fore being released.

DeBarge, born John
Arthur DeBarge, has had a dodgy past with law enforce- ment since rising to fame as a solo act in the mid-1980s on the heels of his siblings’ suc- cess with the groups Switch (There’ll Never Be) and De- Barge (The Rhythm of the Night).
His breakout single, 1986's Talk To Me, charted on the Billboard 200.
Kevin Hart scored a huge victory in the $7.2 million lawsuit filed against him by his ex-business partners.
According to court docu- ments obtained by The Blast, a judge has granted Hart’s motion for summary judg- ment in the battle with a company named Stand Up Digital.
Stand Up Digital sued Hart accusing him of screw- ing up their planned phone app after he revealed an ex- tramarital affair. Hart de- nied the allegations and demanded the suit be tossed.

The judge in the case re- cently came back with his de- cision siding with Hart. The judge found that Hart did not gain anything by going
public with the affair. The order notes the comedian ac- tually suffered considerable reputational damage. The judge found no reason Hart was obligated to inform his business partners about his affair announcement.
The court said the evi- dence did not show Hart breached his contract. The only remaining claim in the case is Hart’s counterclaim against Stand Up Digital for accounting. The decision is a HUGE victory for Hart, who will now avoid going to a jury trial.
Fans are convinced Future and Lori Harvey are an of- ficial item.
On Friday night, the At- lanta rapper shared a series of Instagram stories that were taken during his stay in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emi- rates.
