Diddy Applies To Change Name To ‘Sean Love Combs’
Offset Embroiled In Child Support Demand
Nelly And Sexual Assault Accuser Reportedly Reach Settlement Agreement
Nelly and a woman who accused the platinum-selling artist of sexual assault have reached a settlement. Ac- cording to TMZ, the two par- ties settled the case out of court.
Documents filed in federal court on Tuesday (October 22) state the accuser has in- formed the judge she and Nelly “recently settled their dispute.” However, the terms of the agreement are confi- dential. It’s unclear if any money exchanged hands.
The lawsuit also named Nelly’s girlfriend Shantel

Jackson, who the accuser attempted to sue for defama- tion. Jackson is reportedly off the hook.
Sean Combs is ready to ditch the “Diddy” from his stage name, as several re- ports claim the rapper/mogul filed a petition to change his legal name from Sean John Combs to Sean Love Combs.
According to court docu- ments obtained by The Blast, Combs has legally filed a name change petition in the Los Angeles County Courts. As noted by Complex, this isn’t the first time Diddy has expressed interest in adding

“love” to his name. Back in 2017, he wanted to change his stage name to Brother Love or just Love.
“I know it’s risky,” he said in a social media video. “It could come off as corny to some people. I decided to change my name again. I’m just not who I am before. I’m something different. So my new name is Love aka Brother Love. I will not be answering to Puffy, Diddy, Puff Daddy, or any of my other monikers.”
The Father of 4 is being asked to pay up.
Nicole Marie Algarin, better known as Shya L’amour, has filed legal docu- ments against Offset accord- ing to The Blast, requesting more child support for their daughter Kalea.
In the documents, Algarin claims the Migos rapper has provided “limited financial support” for Kalea, causing Algarin to get the law in- volved to establish court-or-

dered payments and get Off- set to pay up higher figures more frequently. The two re- portedly did not have a prior legal agreement in place re- garding child support pay- ments.
She further states in the doc- uments that Offset has ac- knowledged he is Kalea’s father, taking a DNA test to confirm his parentage and posting a picture on Instagram with Kalea captioned “Daddy’s Girl.”
