Florida Man Arrested After Videos Of Missing Teen Surface On Pornography Website
Police shooting and killing Black males is all but a cen- turies-old American tradition among law enforcement in the U. S. But the fact that this ap- parent rite of police passage was still thriving in 2019 and expected to continue well into 2020 and beyond should give any American citizen pause as more and more names of Black males continue to be added to a growing list of vic- tims with what seems like a new shooting every week.

As reporters continue cov- ering these shootings that so often go ignored by main- stream media, the below run- ning list Black men and boys who have been shot and killed by police under suspicious cir- cumstances can serve as a tragic reminder of the danger Black men and boys face. Hear are a few:
Eric Logan was killed June 16, 2019, in South Bend, Indiana, where presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg is mayor. Sgt. Ryan O’Neill said he was responding to a call that someone was break- ing into cars before he claimed Logan threatened him with a knife. O’Neill did not activate his body camera during the encounter, which is against city policy. Logan’s family announced they sued the city and O’Neill.
The lawsuit claimed O’Neill violated Logan’s civil rights in several ways, in- cluding using excessive force with willfulness and reckless indifference and subjecting him to “unlawful treatment on the basis of race.” The law- suit also blamed the city for not properly training, super- vising, controlling and disci- plining officers. The family alleged the city also violated the constitutional rights of residents on a “regular basis” by rarely investigating wrong- doing by officers.
A Florida man was arrested after sexually explicit videos of a teenage girl reported missing almost a year ago were discov- ered online, police said.
Christopher Johnson, 30, was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with lewd and las- civious battery of a child younger than 16. The girl, who was 15 years old at the time she went missing in December 2018, was in the car at the time Johnson was arrested.
The victim left her home in Sunrise, about 10 miles north- west of Fort Lauderdale, at around 3 a.m. last December, according to a Davie Police De- partment arrest affidavit.
Police said the girl was seen two months later at a conven- ience store in Davie with two men, one of whom was recently identified as Johnson. When authorities initially received the

tip in February about the miss- ing girl, she was seen on store surveillance video covering her face and immediately leaving after the clerk recognized her, police said.
The clerk told police that the girl and the two men left in a black Dodge Challenger, but the
clerk was not able to get the li- cense plate. A search for the ve- hicle at the time was not successful, Davie police said.
It wasn't until seven months later that detectives received another tip on the case. The af- fidavit states that on Sept. 3, the victim's mother contacted au- thorities and said she had re- ceived information that "sexually explicit images" of her daughter had been posted on several websites, including Pornhub and Snapchat.
The images came from videos allegedly showing the victim performing sexual acts on two adult males, according to the affidavit. Approximately 58 videos of the teenager had been shared online, police said. During the investigation, police determined that one of the males in the videos was John- son.

Both suspects were in court for the brief appearance dur- ing which the judge asked if they both understood the capital murder charge.
Stallworth told the judge he didn't understand why he had been charged with the slaying 'of this child'.
Attorneys for both Stall- worth and Brown have said they weren't involved in the child's death.
Capital murder carries a
possible death penalty.
The court heard that Kamille, who was known to her relatives as Cupcake, died the same day she went missing from a birthday party in Birmingham on Oc-
tober 12.
Police found her body 10
days later in a dumpster at a county landfill after a wide- spread search for the little girl was launched.
Investigators said they sus- pected Stallworth and Brown within 24 hours of Kamille's abduction.
