BEAUTY UNLIMITED
CASSIIE
This week’s Beauty Unlimited feature is a beauty to be- hold. Cassiie doesn’t say much, Instead she allows her deeds to do all the talking. This week’s feature doesn’t lack confidence, and she’s willing to put in the work necessary to get on top. Congratulations to Cassiie as this week’s Beauty Unlimited feature.
Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Russell West- brook broke Oscar Robertson's record for triple-doubles in a season in spectacular, storybook fash- ion.
Westbrook's 42nd triple-double of the season was a 50-point, 16-rebound, 10-assist performance Sun- day that concluded with his 36-foot buzzer-beater that gave the Thunder a 106-105 victory over the Denver Nuggets. The loss eliminated Denver from playoff con- tention.
RUSSELL WESTBROOK
Robertson recorded 41 triple-doubles in 1961-62, when he averaged 30.8 points, 12.5 rebounds and 11.4 assists per game, making
him the only player in NBA history to average a triple- double until Westbrook ac- complished the feat this season.
"Very, very blessed. I've got to give all the thanks from the man above," West- brook said. "He's blessed me with unbelievable talent to go out and compete at a high level. I'm just thankful for my teammates, for my coaching staff, for the organ- ization, for all the fans, for my family for believing in me and allowing me to do what I'm doing."
Kyrie Irving After Cavs’ Loss To Hawks: ‘How Much Is The Fine For Talking About The Refs?’
Sunday’s demoralizing overtime loss to the Atlanta Hawks was an exercise in self-control for the Cleveland Cavaliers, especially All-Star guard Kyrie Irving.
After the Cavs blew a 26- point fourth quarter lead to lose to the Hawks for the sec- ond time in three nights, Irv- ing considered sounding off on the officiating before ulti- mately deciding that the fine wasn’t worth it.
Some suspect calls were definitely made down the stretch, particularly a blown

jump ball ruling late in the fourth quarter and LeBron James being whistled for a
highly dubious sixth foul early on in the overtime pe- riod.
Nevertheless, it was still some flat-out terrible two- way execution by the Cavs to blow a lead that big that late in the first place. For Irving, who has had some injury frustration to deal with in re- cent days as well, he and the rest of his teammates will have to dig deep, as the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Confer- ence appears to be very much in peril with two games left to play.
Cavs Considering Bringing
Back Anderson Varejao After
Waiving DeAndre Liggins
The greatest homecoming in Cleveland Cavaliers history may soon be upon us.
The Cavs announced on Sunday that they have waived guard DeAndre Liggins, putting their roster at 14 play- ers. In light of the announce- ment, Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com adds that An- derson Varejao is among the names being considered for the open roster spot.
Varejao, 34, played the first 12 years of his NBA ca- reer in Cleveland, becoming a fan favorite. He was traded by the team in 2016 and pro- ceeded to sign with the rival Golden State Warriors, who ironically lost to the Cavs in last year’s Finals. Varejao was ultimately offered a

championship ring by Cleve- land, but he turned it down and was finally waived by Golden State last February.
Liggins was only seeing 6.7 minutes per game post- All Star break, so even if Varejao isn’t good for much on the court anymore, the Cavs might be able to afford trying to finally complete his character arc.
