RAY WILLIAMS
MS. CHANDRA PATRICE MAJOR
Ms. Chandra Patrice Major, of Tampa, FL. passed away Friday, January 1, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Janu- ary 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Minister Bruce Bryant, of New Hope Mis- sionary Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.

Ms. Major was a native of Washington, D.C., and a resident of Tampa for 43 years. She graduated from King High School and was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Gospel Chorus and the Financial Accounting Ministry.
She was employed as a Medical Claims Assistant.
Chandra was preceded in death by: her parents, Al Joseph Ashe, Sr., Katherine Hannah Grant Ashe, and Johnnie Mae Abrams; siblings, Patricia Ann Ashe, Irene Grant Mials, Betty Ross and Willie Franklin.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: her beloved son, Martin (She- meka) Major, of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughter, Londyn Janelle Major; sisters, Debra Ashe, of Washington, D.C. and Arlisa (Leo) Leach, of Raleigh, NC; brother, Al Joseph (Tonya) Ashe, Jr., of Raleigh, NC.; uncles, Eugene (Car- olyn) Allen, of Coram, NY, Willie C. Allen, of Tampa, FL, and Earl Williams, of Raleigh, NC; aunts, Ruth Bryant, of Tampa, FL, Alice Williams, Bessie Kearney, and Hazeline Ashe, of Raleigh, NC.; nephews, Eric and Tony Franklin, of Tampa, FL, and Christopher Grant, Timothy Mials, Lee Ashe, and Marquezz Ashe, of Raleigh, NC; nieces, Melanice and Renae Franklin, Natalie Mials, Aisha Davis, and Mercedes Davis, of Raleigh, NC; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

MR. RANDOLPH ‘RANDY’ BOWDEN, SR.
A private service will be held for Mr. Randolph “Randy” Bowden, Sr., of Tampa, who passed away on Fri- day, December 25, 2020.
Randolph Bowden, Sr., was born in Tampa, Florida on January 9, 1951, to Robert E. Bowden and Dorothy Kenon Bowden Kilpatrick. He at- tended the Public Schools of Hills- borough County and served in the United States Navy for 4 years.
Randolph was preceded in eter- nal rest by: his parents, Robert E. Bowden and Dorothy Kenon Bowden Kilpatrick; brother, Ernest R. Bow- den, and and nephew, Corey G. Bow- den.
He leaves to cherish memories of him with: 2 sons, Derick Bowden and Randolph Bowden, Jr.; 3 grandchil- dren, Derick Bowden, Jr., Ronisha Bowden and Randolph Bowden, III; 1 great granddaughter, Ryla Bowden; brothers, David Bowden, Kona- Kailua, Hawaii, and Reginald Bow- den, Tampa, FL; sisters, Arleaser B. MR. MICHEAL ANTHONY FLUKER
A graveside service for Mr. Micheal Anthony Fluker will be held on Saturday January 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery with Pastor Rudolph Burney, Officiating.
Micheal Anthony Fluker, age 62, passed away suddenly on Janu- ary 8, 2021. He was born on No- vember 4, 1958, in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of Henry Fluker, Sr., and Mary Elizabeth Fluker. Mike attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and worked for PepsiCo Bottling Company for 35 years.
Mike stood tall at 6 feet, 1 inch and had an even bigger heart. He lived his life helping others without judgment. Mike spent his free time, for more than 15 years, as a Batter- ers and Intervention Counselor at Joni C. Stewart, LCSW & Associ- ates.
He believed every person wor- thy of love and respect no matter their life’s journey. Mike also loved mentoring co-workers at PepsiCo and anyone else who needed guid- ance on matters large and small. Mike loved music, especially the classic Motown artists. Late in life, Mike discovered his love of motor- cycles; he was most at peace riding his motorcycle on short or long trips.
The biggest loves of his life were his three children, Micheal Fluker, Jr., Marcus Fluker and Porsha Fluker-Berto.
Mike was preceded in death by: his parents, Henry Fluker, Sr., and Mary E. Fluker; brothers, Henry Fluker, Jr., and Kim R. Fluker.
He is survived by: his three chil- dren, Micheal, Marcus, and Porsha (Andre); his former wife and mother of his children, Thereasa White; nine grandchildren, Is- abella, Marcus, Jr., Micheal Dwayne, Jeremiah, Treniti, C’niyah, Micheal, III, Legaci and Levi Micheal.
Mike also leaves behind his brothers, Leon Fluker (Mercedes), Dwight Fluker (Belinda), Angelo Fluker (Tateisha) and Cedric Fluker (Joni); sisters, Elaine Johnson (Wilbert), Claretha Fluker, Janie Fluker and Cynthia Fluker; sister- in-law, Julia Mae Fluker; aunts, Louise Thomas and Edna Taylor; uncle, Roosevelt Allen; cousins, Rudolph Burney (Betty), James Haines (Lydia), Linda Haines, and Donnell Haines (Lauranette).
Mike also leaves behind a fam- ily of close, loving friends who will feel his loss terribly, including his best friend, Don Southall. Mike and Don met many years ago at PepsiCo and were as close as if they were brothers.
A viewing will be held on Fri- day, January 15th from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida. Due to the current CDC restric- tions, we are asking that you use the visitation as an opportunity to pay your final respect. For your conven- ience and safety, we have extended our visitation hours.

MRS. BILLIE LUCILLE THOMAS WATTS
Mrs. Billie Lucille Thomas Watts, of Tampa passed away Tuesday Janu- ary 5, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 16th at 2:00 p.m. at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N 40th Street with Minister Erica Harrington offici- ating.

Mrs. Billie Lucille Thomas Watts was born in Fayetteville, North Car- olina, but resided in Tampa, FL since birth. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and graduated from Leto High School, Class of 1975.
Billie was a housewife and Care- taker. Billie was a woman of God and had a heart of gold. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grand- mother, sister, aunt and friend to all. She loved her family, friends, and kids dearly.
She was preceded in death by: her loving parents, the late Juanita Spain Thomas and Billy Thomas; grandpar- ents, Horace, Sr., and Anna Spain; aunt, Maxine Shannon; uncles, Calvin, Robert and Horace Spain, Jr.; and beloved cousin, Donna Cannon.

Mr. Matthias Mathurin was a na- tive of St. Lucia, U.S. Virgin Islands and a resident of Tampa for many years. He was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church and re- tired as a Maintenance Supervisor from the City of Tampa Housing Au- thority.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 35 years, Joyce Mathurin; his devoted children, Robert Mathurin (Nidia), Alexander Young (Carolyn), Theresa Robinson, Craig Robinson, and Cynthia Brown (Robert); 21 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; siblings, John Mathurin, Mary Henry, Albina Charlemagne, Shila Mathurin, Juli- etta Mathurin, Paula Mathurin, Eliz- abeth Mathurin, and Ursula Mathurin; sisters-in-law, Lois Young, Retha Brown, Christine Young, Lillie Young, and Ann Young; brother-in- law, Charlie Young; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other sorrowing relatives and friends.
