WILSON
BROTHER LEE D. DREW
Funeral Service for Brother Lee D. Drew will be held on Sat- urday, March 2, 2019, at 1 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Hope Drew, officiat- ing.
Brother Lee Drew was born in Monticello, Florida on April 4, 1938 to Joe Henry, Sr. and Se- lena Drew. He was educated in the Hillsborough County School System. Mr. Drew retired from Publix Supermarket after sev- eral years of dedicated service.
He was preceded in death by: his loving parents, Joe Henry Drew, Sr. and Selena Drew; brothers, Joe Henry Drew, Jr., Herman Drew; sisters, Bessie Drew, Helen Martin.
On Saturday, February 23, 2019, God walked through His beautiful garden which he planned and found a flower in full bloom and plucked it for His glory to be with Him forever, for God hath made everything beau- tiful in His garden.
He leaves to cherish beauti- ful and fond memories of him with: 3 brothers, David Drew, Willie Drew and Herbert Drew; 4 sisters, Tina Ross (Detroit, MI), Melva Ford, Betty Jackson (both of Tampa, FL), Barbara Jacobs and husband, Dessie (Merritt Island, FL); sisters-in- law, Theresa Drew (Detroit, MI) and Viola Drew (Tampa); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends are asked to assem- ble at the funeral home on Sat- urday at approximately 12:45 p. m., for the service.

friend. Rod was a huge giver and always invoked himself in the community to make things bet- ter. Rod started out after the mil- itary working on a tug boat in Tampa. Then he worked for the Paper Mill in Brunswick, GA. When the Paper Mill shutdown he came to Jacksonville, Florida where he met Kenyetta at the end of 2013. He enjoyed his chil- dren and grandchildren and bar- becuing at the beach; he loved the water, fishing, music, travel- ing, and helping others. Rod had a big heart; he loved his family, sisters, brothers and cousins, mother and father and he was al- ways telling family stories.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries of him with: wife, Pastor Kenyetta Harris of Jacksonville, FL; seven children, Jelina Har- ris, Jelana Harris, Marisol Brito, Yesenia Harris (mother, Brenda Guerrero), Portia Harris, Roder- ick Javon Harris (mother, Claretha Sullivan) and Joshua Harris (mother, Kenyetta Har- ris); eight step-children; twenty- two grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; seven siblings, Willie Harris, Jr. of Tampa, Michael Harrelson (Coraetta) of Greensboro, NC, Sylvia Bryant (James), Carolyn Riggins, William Craig Harris, Eric Har- ris (Faye), all of Tampa, and Ed- ward Harris of Las Vegas, NV; and a host of nieces including, Kimberly Reaves and Twila Williams; nephews, cousins and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday March 1, 2019, at Wilson Funeral Home from 5 – 8 p. m. with the family present to re- ceive friends from 6–7 p. m.

Homegoing Service for Mr. Roderick “Rod” Larry Harris will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 11 a. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Beverly Canty of Higher Dimen- sions of Hope Ministries, Inc., officiating, and Apostle Earl Thomas of Warriors on Fire House of Deliverance, eulogist. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida with Military Honors conducted by the U. S. Army Honor Guards.
He was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jack- sonville, FL.
Roderick Larry Harris was born on December 22, 1963 to the union of the late Mr. Willie James and Mrs. Lila Beatrice Harris in Tampa. He was a grad- uate of Hillsborough High School. He served in the U. S. Army for 3 years. He attended God’s House International Min- istries in Jacksonville, FL.
Rod was what he liked to be called. If he told you to call him Rod that meant you were a
