Man Charged With Molesting 10-Year-Old
Tampa Police have arrested a 25-year-old man on a charge lewd and lascivious molesta- tion to a 10-year-old.
At 4:30 a. m. Sunday, police responded to a burglary call in the area of 22nd street and East Rampart. When they ar- rived, a woman told the offi- cers she found a man naked and lying in bed with her 10- year-old son. When the man was discovered in the bed, he reportedly jumped out of the window he forcibly entered, and fled.

caught her. He is said to have punched and kicked her before stabbing her several times on the head, face, and body with the screwdriver. After the at- tack, Josiah reportedly fled the scene.
Police said a child witnessed the attack.
While investigating the case, detectives learned that J0siah was in the Orlando area. He was arrested without further incident and trans- ported back to Hillsborough County.

Through a thorough investi- gation, Tampa Police detectives were able to positively identify a suspect in the March 21st shooting at Carmine’s Patio Bar.
On March 21st, officers re- sponded to a call of shots fired at Carmine’s Patio Bar, 1802 East 7th Avenue. When they ar- rived, they found four people who had been shot. They were identified as Shuan Smith, 29; Matthew Musmian, 28; Parish Jordan, 22, and Leroy Monsalvatage, 22. All four were transported to a local hospital by family and friends, and reported to be in stable condition.
After interviewing witnesses at the scene, police were able to identify Jihad Hakim Amos, 20, as the shooter. At 11:30 a. m. Thursday, he was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and violation of probation.

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigat- ing a murder that occurred Sat- urday night at 10:47 p. m.
Robert W. Smith, 43, was found dead lying near his apartment suffering from a sin- gle gunshot wound.
Detectives have not released any additional information at this time, but did aid the sus- pect in the shooting is a Black male.

Police arrested a 42-year-old Tampa man Thursday and charged him with attempted first-degree murder. He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
Officers responded to the 3600 block of N. 51st Street last Monday, shortly before 2 p.m., in reference to a domes- tic violence dispute. Upon ar- rival, police discovered that Mrs. Rominka Josiah, 36, had been stabbed 8 or 9 times with a screwdriver. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
During the course of the in- vestigation, police learned that Mrs. Josiah and her hus- band, Jeremiah Daniel Josiah, 42, had become en- gaged in an argument. At some point the altercation turned vi- olent, and Josiah allegedly armed himself with a screw- driver and began chasing Mrs. Josiah.

Gas Station Robbery
On Saturday morning at 7 a. m., Tampa Police report that two men entered the Marathon Gas Station at 2107 East Fowler Avenue. One of the men was dressed in a white button-down shirt with a logo on the front right shoulder area and a white tee-shirt wrapped around his head and face. He was reportedly armed with a long barrel handgun

Both men were believed to be black males, and fled after robbing the station. The inves- tigation into the robbery is on- going.
This is one man suspected of robbing the Marathon Gas Sta- tion on Fowler Avenue Satur- day morning.
Winter Haven Police exe- cuted a search warrant on a suspected drug house that put a convicted felon back in jail.
On Thursday at 6:30 a.m., police entered a home at 750 Avenue O, Southwest in Win- ter Haven after authorities were contacted by concerned citizens that there was possibly drug activity at that house.
When police entered the home, John Junior Lean- dre, 30; Mykal Robinson, 25, and Ronald Robinson, 61, were held while the home was searched for drugs.
Ronald Robinson was found sleeping on a couch in the living room. The home is rented in his name, and he is responsible for the rent pay- ments. Police said in the com- mon living area, they found several pieces of drug para- phernalia with partially smoked roaches from previ- ously smoke marijuana or syn- thetic marijuana cigarettes. There was also cocaine and marijuana in plain view throughout the residence. Mykal, Ronald’s son, was found inside of a bedroom along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
When asked about any weapons inside the residence,
police said Mykal said he kept a shotgun outside under the house. He told police that was due to his 7-year-old nephew who frequently visits the home.
After searching the resi- dence the shotgun was not fond. However, a handgun and fully loaded magazine was found under the house inside a bag.
Mykal reportedly told po- lice the handgun belonged to Leandre, who was found in- side another bedroom. He was reportedly lying on top of a bag of marijuana in a closet adja- cent to the bedroom, police found ammunition, including more than 500 rounds of vari- ous size bullets inside a shoe- box.
Ronald Robinson was charged with maintaining a structure for drug use. Mykal Robinson was charged with possession of marijuana, pos- session of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a structure for drug use and failing to safely store a firearm. Leandre was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
