Cardi B And Bruno Mars Begging For Love On ‘Please Me’ Is The Perfect Way To End Valentine’s Day
Tekashi 6ix9ine Set To Receive
Cardi B is not here by luck or accident — she worked her way into her current position at the top of the rap game. Look no further for proof than the fact that not five days re- moved from her historic Grammy win for Best Rap Album, she’s already followed up with a new single, which she returned to Instagram to announce just hours before its release.
Cardi’s smart too, return- ing to the proven chemistry of Bruno Mars’ “Finesse” remix by bringing him on board to

sing the chorus on “Please Me,” a seductive, supplicating, old school R&B jam.
It’s appropriate that the song released at midnight on February 14, since it’s the per- fect nightcap on a good date. Cardi boasts of her carnal skills on the verses, while Bruno plays the pleading paramour, making his case for the object of his affection to “please me, baby / tease me, baby.” It has all the makings of a certified hit, meaning Cardi B’s successful streak is far from ending — it’s likely just begun.
Tekashi 6ix9ine’s prison ordeal could be coming to an end sooner than anyone pre- dicted. According to a newly unsealed plea deal, the U. S. Attorney’s Office in the South- ern District of New York has agreed “not to prosecute the defendant for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine.... as well as additional crimes that the defendant has told the government about” in exchange for 6ix9ine’s full cooperation.
Last month, 6ix9ine copped to nine federal counts stemming from his involve- ment with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang, includ- ing racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and nar- cotics trafficking.
In his guilty plea, the 22- year-old admitted to assisting the gang in its attempt to kill a rival gang member, paying an associate to shoot Chief Keef and taking part in an armed robbery as well as selling heroin.
He was originally facing at least 47 years behind bars if convicted on all charges. But, because he was willing testify against his co-defendants, the

polarizing rapper could be free as early as January 2020.
Ultimately, a federal judge will determine the terms of 6ix9ine’s sentencing on Jan- uary 24, 2020. Although, “should the defendant success- fully cooperate, the govern- ment agrees that it will file at the time of sentencing a mo- tion ... for a sentence below any mandatory minimum,” the plea deal reads.
6ix9ine is also eligible for witness protection, which he’ll need if Boosie Badazz is cor- rect. In an Instagram post ear- lier this week, the Louisiana-bred rapper sug- gested 6ix9ine will be mur- dered within a month of his release.

Meek Mill Says He And J. Cole Have A Collaboration Coming Very Soon
Back in October, Meek Mill posted a photo on Instagram of he and J. Cole in the studio together. This, of course, jumpstarted the rumor mill about a potential forthcoming collaboration between the artists.
Prior to the photo, the only time the pair had ever ap- peared on a song together was on 2013’s “Black Grammys” alongside Wale and Rockie Fresh. At the time, many an- ticipated that the collaboration would appear on Meek’s then-forthcoming Champi- onships. However, the album came and went, and there was still no sign of a track with Cole.
On Friday, thanks to an im- promptu #AskMeek AMA that the rapper held on Twitter, we have a better idea of when the

Both were shot multiple times at about 4:30 AM October 26 and later pronounced dead at Memorial Hospital Miramar.

“As a result, Plaintiff’s roy- alty account is significantly un- recouped. Plaintiff has been provided access to a royalty ac- counting system and the data in that system reflects Plaintiff’s unrecouped status.”
In October, Birdman re- quested for more time to re- spond to Tyga’s suit in hopes of reaching a settlement but was reportedly unable to come to an agreement.
Cash Money is demanding Tyga’s lawsuit be tossed out and asks that he pays for their legal bills.

Birdman is denying Tyga‘s claim that Cash Money Records owes him $10 million dollars, The Blast reports.
In fact, Baby says T-Raww actually owes the label money from disbursed album ad- vances.
According to legal docu- ments from the suit, Cash Money shared accounting statements with the “Taste” hit- maker back in November. Tyga and his legal team are re- portedly still examining the materials.
The former Cash Money artist filed suit against CMB in 2018 for allegedly holding back royalties for 2012’s Careless World, which features his multi-platinum hit single “Rack City,” as well as his 2013 album Hotel California. Tyga alleges the royalties came to a halt after he reportedly bought him- self out of his contract in 2016 and Lil Wayne was pretty upset about it.
“There are no royalties due and payable to Plaintiff under the referenced 2016 Release and Termination Agreement or otherwise,” docs obtained by The Blast read. “While revenue has been generated from the
