MS. CYNTHIA YVETTE ARLINE
Ms. Cynthia Yvette Ar- line, AKA “Cyn,” passed peacefully on March 13, 2017.
She was born September 19, 1966 to the parentage of Charles L. and Lavon L. Ar- line. She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized at Spencer Me- morial Baptist Church, Tampa, Florida. Ms. Cynthia Yvette Arline was a 1984 graduate of Tampa Bay Tech and also attended Hillsbo- rough Community College. She was employed several years with DCF Services De- partment for Hillsborough County and also worked as a Cashier, Supervisor and Manager for Garnan Man- agement Inc. - Community Thrift Store, Tampa.
She was an easy-going, thoughtful, kind-hearted woman. She never met a
stranger and always put the needs of others before her own. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with family and was a collector of antiques.
Ms. Arline was preceded in death by: her parents, Charles L. and Lavon L. Arline; grand- parents, Dorothy Arline and Augustus Tiller; and daugh- ter, Katrina Sanders.
She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Kashonna Arline-Cooper (Tyrell), Brittney Arline, and Britton Charles Arline; grand- children, Ceonte Jones, My’Jae Arline, Zayvion Arline, Tyrell Cooper, Jr., Scott Vick- ers, Jr., Jeremiah Vickers, Britton Charles Arline, Jr., Zamari Arline; sisters, An- nette Cephas, Cleatrice Arline, Sadji Arline, Candace Arline- Sankey (Kimberly); brother, Jason Bethea; grandmothers, Evelyn and Glory Tiller; aunt (like a mother), Annie Murrel Davis; a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives, Carl Cephas; special, longtime friend, Macarthur Sapp; best friends, Belinda Jennings, Laverne Lexis, Janet Doeberl, and Monica Lee.
Visitation for Ms. Cynthia Yvette Arline will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from5p.m.–8p.m.atHar- mon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa 33610. The family will receive friends 6:30 p. m.-8 p. m. A private graveside service will be held March 23, 2017 for the imme- diate family.

MRS. WILHEMENA MARIE CLARK ALBURY
Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Wilhemena Marie Clark Al- bury, who passed away Friday, March 17, 2017, at 9:30 a. m., will be held Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 11 a. m. at First United Methodist Church, 1310 South Kingsway Road, Seffner, Florida, Reverend Terry Shaughnessy, Pastor. Reverend Edward L. McWilliams officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Wilhemena was a native of Tampa. Her early education began at Helping Hand Day Nursery. She later attended schools in Hillsborough County, graduating in the class of 1963 from Middleton High School. Upon graduation, she attended Gibbs Junior College, earning her A. A. degree in 1965, further- ing her studies at Tennessee State, earning a B. S. Degree in Sociology.
Wilhemena was employed by the School District of Hillsbor- ough County as a School Social Worker. She retired after 32 years of assisting children and families throughout Hillsbo- rough County.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Clark Kennedy; father, William Clark; husband, Bernard Albury.
She leaves to cherish fond memories: her son, Eric Albury and wife, Survet; daughter, Erica Stewart and husband, Morris; 6 grandchildren, Nicholas and Kaela Albury; Morgan, Leah, Kiah and Brendan Stewart; brother, Michael Jon Kennedy and wife, Jean, Chester, Virginia; step-children, Wanda McCloud (Frank), and Leo Albury; Kath- eryn Quarles, aunt; sister-in-law, Ruby Albury; nieces and nephews Mikeishia, Mikia, Mikal and Michael Kennedy of Chester, Virginia; Joyce Thompson, Fort Valley, GA; Fredrick Albury, Sid- ney, Shirley, and Cheryl Williams, Willie Albury (Nicole), Gail Jackson (Jesse), Bernard Al- bury (Cecelia), Michael, Bernard, Leonard and Felicia Al- bury, Kimberly Ruff (Calvin); cousins, Mary E. James, Esther Cooley (Cliff), William Quarles, Harold Wilson (Sara), Bonaire, GA. Many sorrowing friends Joyce Price, Carolyn Alexander, Roberta Harris, Valencia Walden, Anniebelle Morris, and Lorraine Simmons and class- mates.
The remains will repose from 10 a. m. to 11 a. m. Thursday morning at the Church.

Motorcyclist Killed In Traffic Accident
A 23-year-old man died last Wednesday after being involved in a traffic accident. The accident occurred at Dale Mabry and Idlewild Avenue.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Marcos Matos, 28, of Tampa, was driving a 2000 Ford Contour shortly before midnight, southbound on Dale Mabry. Matos is said to have made a left turn onto Idlewild Av- enue, turning into the path of a 2006 Yama motorcycle driven by 23-year-old Cristobal Rodriguez. Ro- driguez suffered fatal in- juries and died at the scene.
No charges have been filed, but the investigation is continuing, police said.
Accidents
Driver Abandons Vehicle After Early Morning Crash
This vehicle was aban- doned after leaving the road- way on E. 21st Avenue early Monday.
Tampa Police are currently searching for the driver of a vehicle that was left in a yard early Monday. Police have no eye witnesses to the crash and are not sure if the driver was a man or women.
According to police, for un- determined reasons, the driver of this 2016 Dodge Charger left the roadway in the 2400 block of E. 21st Av- enue Monday. The car struck a sign and a brush before com- ing to a stop. It did not hit the house, police said.
After stopping the vehicle, then driver fled the scene on foot. Police are continuing their search for the driver and no injuries were reported.
