Teenager Accused Of Shooting Two Men Arrested
Man Charged
   A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged in con- nection with a shooting. The incident took place on March 19th.
According to the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice, the shooting took place at Armenia Gables Condo- miniums, 12273 Armenia Gables Circle, in Carroll- wood. The wo unidentified men were shot around 2:30 p.m. One of the victims was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital. The second victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital. Detectives were able to
identify Sebastian Sergio,
of Tampa as the alleged shooter. His whereabouts were traced to Sacramento, California, where he was be- lieved to be living with a family member.
Working with the Sacra- mento County Sheriff’s Of- fice, detectives with the Hillsborough County Sher- iff’s Office arrested Sergio on April 30th.
He has been charged with aggravated battery with a firearm resulting in great bodily harm, carrying a con- cealed firearm, and being a minor in possession of a firearm.
The Largo Police Depart- ment has arrested a 40-year- old man in connection with a shooting. He is facing three counts of attempted first-de- gree murder.
According to police, offi- cers responded to the Whis- pering Palms Apartments, 601 16th Avenue, SE, in refer- ence to gunshots. When they arrived, they discovered that two women had been injured by gunfire. A man had been shot at, but was not injured.
The women were trans- ported to a local hospital with life-threatening in- juries.

Women Shot
  Worker Dies After Gun Fires At Construction Site
  On Wednesday after- noon, a 44-year-old man died after being shot. Police are investigating the circum- stances that led to the shoot- ing.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting was reported shortly before 2 p.m. When deputies arrived at the site in the 8900 block of River- lachen Way, in Riverview, they discovered a 44-year- old man had been shot.
During the investigation, detectives learned that a 43- year-old man, who was part of the construction team, had
returned from lunch. The man got out of his vehicle and attempted to move the weapon from his waist band to his pocket. The man told police that he tripped and the gun fired.
The bullet struck the vic- tim, who was working on the roof. The victim was trans- ported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The man told police that he and the victim were long- time friends. No arrests have been made in the case. How- ever, the investigation is con- tinuing.
